Once again, our stay at the amazing Cornerstone Victorian, with hosts Doug and Louise wows! We stayed in early January so we were privileged to see the enormous and beautifully decorated live Christmas tree in the parlor of this meticulous Victorian. Of course, thats simply a bonus. From wonderfully appointed guest rooms with attention to detail (matching curtains and light...

A faultless performance from Louise and Doug. Probably the friendliest hosts we've stayed with. They seem to genuinely enjoy meeting their guests and you leave feeling as though you have made new friends. The accommodation is lovely: a large historic house with comfortable, quiet rooms. At breakfast everyone dines together around a large table whilst Doug and Louise serve a...

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way home from a weekend in Maine. I found the B&B through internet searches and was hoping that the house was as beautiful as the pictures. I was awestruck. If you're a lover of old Victorian homes and antiques, this place will leave you slack-jawed :) We were greeted...

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way to Stowe(now my Fiance) and we are so glad we did. We were greeted by Doug and Louise' daughter whos name I can not remember unfortunately. Traveling with my 85 year old father and 5 year old son, we stayed here because of the location to Lake George and also the North Creek train line (As we were going to take a train trip via Thurman Station). The little town, is well,...

We make a yearly trip to the Cornerstone Victorian on our way to the Saratoga Race Track ....and its now hard to know whether we go to the track to stay at the Cornerstone or vice versa! Both Louise and Doug are very talented people who make the guest experience memorable each time, whether its the 5 course creative gourmet...

We were in ahh, from the moment we stepped into the home. We were made feel welcome right from the beginning with a phone call to jet us know they would be out when we arrived and to make ourselves at home. From the very comfortable 4 post canopy bed, to the two person jacuzzi tub, the 5 course breakfasts,...

This is our absolute favorite place to stay. After a weekend with a large motorcycle group at another hotel, we needed a couple of days to just relax and be pampered. This is the place to go. Once again, Doug & Louise make the experience a wonderful one and the accomodations are so comfortable and romantic. The breakfast - well,...

The B&B is absolutely breathtaking, and the 5 course breakfasts were some of the best I've ever had. We stayed in the Victorian room, the sleep number bed was incredibly comfortable and the 2 person whirlpool is a really nice feature. Doug and Louise are incredibly gracious and made us feel right at home...will definitely be back!

I always believe that you should beware of comments that are too favorable as well as comments that can be just too picky / negative. However having said that I feel compelled to note that the Cornerstone B&B is probably the best we have ever stayed in. Let me quantify, the house is really attractive and meticulously clean and tidy...
