The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and the water pressure in bathroom was very good. I would stay here again, no doubt.

Wow we came across this hotel on tripadvisor. It was a great find! Rooms very clean and staff were super helpful. Location is great with beautiful Wainscot beach only a mile away. The hotel also gives complimentary beach pass which is a great convenience for parking. Lovely pool area with lounge chairs and an abundance of flowers. Great find, definitely...

This place is super clean ( rarer than you think) The staff is all smiles, not those fake smiles you get from most in the service industry, genuinely happy. I'm going to check the place out in the summer, the beach is right there. Nice little place to spend a weekend away from the city

The location is fine since it's a short distance to Bridgehampton and Easthampton. The room was clean and tidy. Negatives would be not enough silverware and cooking utensils in the kitchen. No wine glasses. The bathroom could have used a hook on the door or wall to hang your robe up. You could hear traffic from the highway, but we...

We look forward to our week at the 380 Inn. The staff is friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Our needs are always handled quickly, whether is a early check in, more pillows, towels, & I appreciate that. We had such a great week in August...thank you Ross, Doug, & Emigda.

The grounds and pool were very nice. We were there the last week in August so we paid a premium for the room we rented. The room was nice, but the windows and screens needed minor repairs, and the bed appeared to be old. I guess if you are staying there off-season, the 380 Inn would be worth the price.

We had a very comfortable stay in the 380. Doug and Ross provided my wife and I with beach passes, which came in very handy. The premises is well located with easy access to Sag Harbor and Montauk. The rooms were clean and the coffee machine provided a nice touch. The garden area was well manicured and we enjoyed the...

I booked a reservation 5 months in advance and was paid for in full, days before I was to arrive my reservation was cancelled because there is now a minimum number of stays policy - which was not in place at the time of my reservation. After speaking with the owner about this outrageous and abrupt cancellation I threatened to...

Cabin was larger than a garage apartment and had a private porch with table and chairs... nice. Bed, kitchenette, and furniture were good. Bathroom, though clean, could have used new fixtures. I prefer to see fabric shower curtains (it was plastic or vinyl) in motels/hotels because they are easier to keep clean and sanitized. I slept comfortably and felt safe....

The inn is right off the highway. Perfect location to visit East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Montauk. Owner Doug was very friendly and personable! He recommended places to see in the area and restaurants to try as well. Nice room and kitchenette. Very reasonable for the area and convenient location.
