Older property, but they keep it up nicely. Undergoing renovations. We had the executive King with balcony and it was nicely decorated and very comfortable beds. Sheets were soft, towels were like sand paper. Matthew in the Executive Lounge was very helpful and friendly. Front desk somewhat unaccommodating until I escalated my concerns to manager, who was responsive. Restaurant buffet...

I've stayed here a number of times over the past couple months and have varying experiences. First, the hotel is very large and sort of dated. There is construction going on now to try and change that - we'll see what that does. There are a couple quirks that come with age - first DO NOT stay in the balcony...

Happy to be back to Long Island Marriott. Love: room with a balcony, comfort of bed, Thann toiletries and, most of all, breakfast (especially the omelette) and friendly serving staff at Prime Seasons - thank you all again! Renovation caused a bit of inconvenience but was understandable - so looking forward to a brand-new Long Island Marriott.

Here every year this time for a seminar, and never fails. Service is attentive, nice, and great. Rooms are clean, and beds comfy. Enjoy my stay here. Has nice banquet facilities, and a nice bar/restaurant.

Average hotel, nothing special about it actually. Not close to city, not close to really anything within walking distance. They have a hotel shuttle which is great but you again must work around their timings but still is a plus. Hotel staff can be a bit snippy at times, American hospitality always seemed rather over the top anyway but apparently...

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the hotel and service during your stay. We take pride in both our service and hotel, and are currently going through an extensive renovation to enhance our guest's experience. Our location is very well suited for many of our guests, but as with everything it is a matter of preference. Again,...

The customer service experience was excellent all around, from the front door man always prompt to see if we needed transportation, to the lounge/restaurant server while we hijacked a table for 6 hours to work through dinner (wish I remembered her name) and the concierge room attendants, super friendly and a great start to my day. Christine Superville from the...

Lets see, normally I always have pretty decent reviews about this hotel. This weekend was ehh okay. Firstly my room was suppose to be a double but only was able to get one king. The room next to mine had a crying behind baby that cried loudly literally all night, pretty much keeping my family up!!! However that's the worst...

Stayed here for short business trip. There was quite a bit of construction at and around the hotel (the old NY Islanders stadium across the parking lot is under a massive renovation). Overall, the property just needs to be modernized. Perhaps they are waiting until the construction around the property completes. Short and sweet pros and cons: 1. Pros -...

This is a large hotel but treats there guests great. The hotel is under construction, a few people said they heard day time work going on. But they have to get the job done sometime so better doing the day. Food was very good from breakfast buffet (omelettes) to a steak salad for dinner. Nice bar to hang out with...

Staff having informal party in concierge lounge after hours woke me up from a. VERY DEEP SLEEP. Make sure they don't put you anywhere near this end of the hall on 11, or probably the floor below. I was in 1166, two doors down. I am a deep sleeper and this noise woke me up. When I got up to...
