Staff having informal party in concierge lounge after hours woke me up from a. VERY DEEP SLEEP. Make sure they don't put you anywhere near this end of the hall on 11, or probably the floor below. I was in 1166, two doors down. I am a deep sleeper and this noise woke me up. When I got up to...

This is a nice hotel right next to Nassau Coliseum. It is currently being renovated but we never heard any noise from it and it isn't really inconvenient. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie, Shannon and Debbie are shining stars in our eyes. They exemplify what a good first impression should be. We had a conference room...

Carmela in the Sales office could not have been more helpful, providing great insight and ideas for how to accommodate our guests who will be staying. Debbie at the front desk was...

I love that the parking is complimentary at that the Nassau Coliseum is a few steps away -...

Hotel is under renovation but it wasn't really a big deal. Really nice staff, room service was good, concierge level is great. The room was clean and comfortable. It's not the ritz but for a work or family trip in area I will definitely stay again.

This was a business trip. The lobby is under reservation which makes check in a bit hectic and unorganized. The entrance is very difficult to find but that may be due to the construction. Nonetheless, the staff was very nice and the main floor is well decorated. The room I stayed in was somewhat old and in need of freshening...

This place is close to the mall, which is a good thing. The place is nice and clean. Plenty of parking. They have a restaurant as well, always a plus. Staff were nice and helpful. We did room service and it was good.
