Situated in an estate setting, the ground, including secluded pool are lovely. The hotel boasts of 30+ rooms. The staff, without exception is welcoming, informative and caring. Rooms are large and well equipped with luxury linens and toiletries. The restaurant service is responsive, in fact servers are anticipatory of the guest's pleasure. The menu is varied and servings are well... More

My wife and I stayed at the Castle for one night, Sunday August 30th. We were met with smiles and a glass of Champagne! The room (junior-suite) was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The staff were professional and personable....class all the way. Unfortunately, the staff does not wear name tags, so it was difficult to praise individual employees during checkout.... More

We had a lovely time here, although we felt that the service in the restaurant and the hotel were not quite as expected for a top of the line establishment. The staff was perfectly friendly, but simply not trained and prepared well enough. At times our questions were answered with "I have no idea". The food at the restaurant was... More

It was such a gorgeous place to stay overnight and very joyous environment with full of true nature. There were bunch of Mosquitos but saw some rabbit and chipmunks even in the day time. We had a lovely room and the gardens are gorgeous. However the Equus restaurant is extremely overpriced for what it delivers. Our dinner was bland. We were there for two breakfasts and on both occasions there was no fresh bread. Breakfast pastries were stale and the bagels would have made good hockey pucks.
