Pleasant front desk staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were different then last year when we stayed, definitely more comfortable. Good hot breakfast and lots of choices to sit and have some privacy while eating. Although we didnt use the shuttle to go to the fair, it is a great added bonus.

Hotels are pricey nowadays but this one provided excellent front desk staff, an awesome bartender/continental breakfast host who gave me a to-go cup for my wine to go to the state fair, comfortable beds, ample room space, lots of parking and entrances, very clean big entrance, a complimentary shuttle, etc. We were there for 24 hours and everything was great!...

This hotel is very close and convenient to I-90 and the NYS Fair. That's why we chose it. We had no problems checking in and the front desk clerk was very nice and attentive. Our room (167) was just ok. The bed was clean and the overall room was decent. The bathroom needs some attention. The toilet had stains in...

I recently held my daughter's wedding reception here. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We rented a block of rooms and suites, all which were clean, modern and spacious. The restaurant at the hotel did a great job! Best food ever! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great venue to hold any event!

This place was disgusting. Smelled musty, rooms were dirty and run down, security doors were taped together and didn't work. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower had stains, no curtains on the windows, rough neighborhood. It'd be worth it to drive further away to get a better place to stay. I would give it zero stars.

We stayed at this hotel on the night of July 26. Upon arrival I showed my ChoicePrivileges card (Elite Diamant) and it was'nt noticed that I have been a good and frequent client at Choice hotels. Normally an upgrade is offered, but not this time. I had reserved a room with a King size bed. The bed suffered from serious...

If you're looking for a low cost hotel for an overnight visit that won't hurt your wallet this may be the place. We were looking for a basic place for our family for a night for a local concert and college visit the following day. The biggest thing we noticed was that there was a distinctive odor which you eventually...

We have stayed at this hotel on many an occasion. The staff can't do enough for you, the rooms are clean and if you need anything you are greeted with a smile and it is done immediately. The manager Pam is always available and we look forward to seeing her to catch up as she is so personal.

This was the worst hotel ever. We thought the Clarion name was a safe pick...WRONG! The first room smelled like moldy shaving cream. There were red (blood?) and brown (feces?) stains all over the shower stall. We asked for a different room and were given one on the first floor by the parking lot. The toilet didn't flush and shower/tub...

Older hotel style (recently changed from another brand per the clerk) that has been revamped with fresh carpet, tile, etc. We had a king bed room, which had a very comfortable memory foam topped mattress. We could not get the WiFi to connect to any of our devices. The desk clerk was no help, but I did not bother to...
