The Inn is a great place for a romantic weekend. the rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the restaurant serves a variety dishes , plain to fancy. the location is wonderful nestled on the mountain, and close to several little towns in the area.

I stayed Friday and Saturday night and paid in advance with no option to cancel. When I first checked in I asked about a luggage rack, my host looked at me like I had just asked for a chamber pot. He said the Inn had been in business 12 years and implied no one had ever asked before. I also...

My partner of 31 years and I were finally able to marry and chose the Inn at Stone Ridge for our small reception because we have dined there before and found the food to be outstanding. The owners, Marie and her husband Brian, were gracious and helpful. We were a relatively small party of 32 people and chose to have...

Was here for a wedding a few weekends ago and found the owners to be rude. Just look at how they respond to all the "negative comments", it's your fault not theirs. I wouldnt personally chose this as my wedding place as you are in the catskills. Positive - the food was pretty darn good.

I had purchased a groupon-like deal for a night at the inn with dinner. When I called to make a reservation and redeem the voucher, the owner, Marie, said that they required a two-night minimum and I could use the voucher for one night and pay full price for the second. Or I could stay during the week with the...

i was not rude in the least to this person. i kept on explaining our policy to her and she didn't understand. she had purchased a one night night stay deal with us. she wanted to use it during peak season when we require a 2 night stay. she did purchase it during the winter when we have no minimums....

Im writing this against my better judgement and my family's wishes. The wedding was over all very nice. Nice location, pretty good staff other than the owner Brian, Great food. Grant had a chip on his shoulder from the moment he wanted on our property. He would say stuff under his breath and verbally attacked Brian from the moment he arrived.
