Attended a wedding this weekend & this place is beautiful. Staff is friendly & food was delicious. The grounds are amazing, so well maintained. The house is restored to what I assume is the original grandeur. I recommend this property for an event, I was unable to sleep there as the bridal family had the space reserved.

I stayed at the ElmRock Inn for one night in June 2015 because I was attending an event in the area. As it turned out, I was the only guest for the night. It was fun to stay in the 1700's era house! Comfortable 4 poster bed with my own bathroom (Toile Room) and air conditioning if needed. No other...

Perhaps a bit out of the way for people with business in New Paltz, but if you have the time to make the trip, it is well worth it--if for no other reason than the lovingly prepared and presented breakfast. Fluffy and delicious owlets one day, amazingly light and tasty pastry the next, both garnished with fresh berries and just...

We are at this inn now and if it wasn't so late at night would drive back home. Trying to escape the noise of NYC we came seeking some refuge here for a Wkend away. It is very coZy and quaint and room iris is lovely with comfy bed and such but the noise is unbearable. Sound and vibrations from...

We stayed for one night in a very comfortable king-sized bedroom. Everything we needed was readily available. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The landscaping and house is beautiful, quaint and rustic. The best parts were probably proximity to Mohonk hiking, as well as the breakfast served in the morning. I may have had the best pancakes as well as...

We stayed in the Iris room with our 9 and 10 year old. The innkeeper, Hallie, greeted us with cookies and snacks and gave us a tour of the original house. The king bed was too cozy to get out of in the morning and I even tried the pull-out mattress with a brief nap and that was good too....

My husband and I did not stay here but had a private dining experience celebrating our anniversary. It was amazing. Chef Mark and his team prepared a special tasting menu just for us. We had 8 courses, all were fantastic. Our favorites: date wrapped in bacon with goat cheese, pureed soups of beet, roasted yellow tomatoes, butternut squash, chopped salad...

This b & b is fairly new, having been opened in February of this year. It is in a house close to busy and noisy RT 209 outside of Stoneridge. Mark has converted the basement into a commercial kitchen (he is an experienced local chef) and his concentration is on serving food to larger groups. Hence, in my view, the...

We stayed the first weekend the newly renovated Inn opened and it was Fabulous! The room was beautiful and luxurious. I loved the poster bed! Chef Mark was so accommodating, his suggestions for hiking were perfect and his gourmet breakfast was so delicious and filling that we skipped lunch entirely. We will definitely be back!

“The Toile room is the least expensive. It is top floor facing the street (but the bathroom insulates it from street noise.) It is too small to have a chair so you have to sit on the bed. It fit our needs well. All of the rooms look comfortable. Most have king size beds.”
