Nice views of Lake George - but the food was absolutely horrible, would not recommend this establishment for anything. The cookies were good that is about it, coffee that was served was warm not even hot.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We are sorry that the food did not meet your expectations. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is cost and dated bedding. Otherwise the place is amazing. The setting is serene. The meals have healthy options with gluten free available every meal. I will be back.

Our son was just married at Silver Bay Conference Center. The Oak cabin exceeded our expectation for our families lodging (new, bright, great layout, generous spaces, abundantly stocked, conformable beds and beautiful sunrises). The reception hall was well appointed with stone fireplace, molding work, multiple windows and hardwood floor easy to dance on. The establishment ran air conditioners for the...

I spent here 3 summers in row and enjoyed a lot of fun here, hiking, swimming, kayaking, playing badminton, soccer...many possibilities what to do, especially for families! Lake George and Adirondacks are just beautiful.

This unique campus has a large Adirondack style hotel with wrap-around porch and activities including a children's camp, sailing, kayaking, tennis, swimming, weight room, climbing wall, hiking, archery, painting classes, among others. Great for laid back family vacations or reunions. Cafeteria-style dining hall and ice cream shop. Very safe environment for young kids and teens.

My experience with Silver Bay YMCA (also called Silver Bay Association) goes back to the 1950's when I was a young child. For years then and again in the 1960's and then yearly from the early 1990's we have spent many family fun filled weeks at SBA as a small child, middle schooler, college student and parent. Its a wonderful...

A great place to relax and enjoy nature. Stayed in a cottage which was rustic but excellent. Lots to do on campus and the walks in the woods to the rear of the campus are excellent and we'll signposted. A great place for kids and big kids to have lots of fun. Will stay again.

No A/C but easy to cool off in a rocking chair on the porch or swimming in the lake. Fans in rooms help at night. Food is simple but good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Activities are abundant and fun. Wi-Fi worked fine. A fun trip for the family.

I found Silver Bay to be really nice and a lot of fun. Keep in mind that Silver Bay is a 100+ year old resort run by the YMCA. It is somewhat rustic, but with a range of accommodations. You can rent rooms in the main building that is more like a traditional inn or hotel. Or, you can rent...
