This is a quaint place to stay that feels warm and welcoming from the moment you step in the door. It is a bit confusing to find the entrance from the parking lot (signage towards the deck and carport area would be helpful for guests...More

Thank you for staying with us! It was great to have your family here and to accommodate the wedding dinner for your brother and his new wife. We hope you do return when you are in the area.
On this Monday morning I woke up far away from the peaceful quiet of Hazen Manor and to top it off, I had to make my own breakfast! Talk about a rude awakening!! Seriously, my husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay...More

It was pure luck we found this gem! We were scheduled to stay at another Inn closer to family, but they had to close for the weekend and found us our new Home Away from Home in western NY. The house is delightfully appointed with...More

My wife and I have stayed in numerous B and B's but due to the vagaries of different destinations and routes, this is the first one we've ever visited twice. We were very happy here the first time so, when our travel took us this...More

Thank you for the wonderful review! We look forward to you both each time you stay it is always a pleasure!
Good afternoon... I live in Dundas, Ontario, Canada, and am interested in coming to stay at your lovely manor for just one night on August 27th/16, and leaving the 28th. There will be 2 of us so it would be nice to have 2 beds, but 1 queen or king size would be fine, as well. My understanding is that you are very close to the Chautauqua institute, and we will be going to a concert there on the evening of the 27th so would like to know how far a drive this would be. Also, are the rooms designated "no smoking" as my friend has an allergy to cigarette smoke. We do not mind having to climb stairs, and if possible, would love to see a photo of what would be our room, providing you have availability for that date. Thank you for your kind consideration. sincerely, Patricia Vinton.
