I stayed here for 2 nights last year with mom. I was looking for a place to take Mom for a well deserved break. I live overseas. We still talk about how perfect our experience was here. The owners were super friendly and helpful but not pushy or invasive. Breakfast was superb. Cookies were delicious. We spent plenty of time...

This was one of the most incredible B&B's I ever stayed at. The breakfast, the friendly staff, and the dog were super. The staff took extra care of me when my girl friend left abruptly with a millionaire she met at the horse sale. I still wonder about her sometimes, but I think about the Springwater Inn everyday. I will...

We have stayed at the Springwater for the last 10 years during the summer racing season. Last year we stayed during the winter. It was like living in a Hallmark greeting card. From our room we watched the snow falling while we were cozy by the fireplace. A perfect place for a ski vacation, with beautiful snowshoe trails. The Dickens-themed...

The made to order breakfast and breakfast pastries are OUTSTANDING!! After a day at the races we will again enjoy a post racing toddy at the Brook...

My first time in Saratoga Springs. On my own attending a dance festival. This B&B was perfect. Everyone there from owner, cooks, handyman were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast (broad choices) was unbelievable. The kicker: lots of snow, and every time I went out to get my car, the snow had been brushed off. Beyond all expectations! See you next...

We had a wonderful time here and can't wait to return. The area is filled with B&Bs and there is a reason why this one is rated so highly amongst all the others. Our room was beautiful and large, with a balcony and HUGE bathroom. My boyfriend and I still dream about that bathroom and the huge jacuzzi tub. The...

We had a great stay here recently and will definitely return. While we were not there during race season this is a perfect location for the track as its only a short walk away. The rooms were immaculately clean and finely appointed. The service was very friendly and the breakfast each morning was very tasty. The walk into town was...

We spent a great weekend catching up with my college roommate in Saratoga Springs and had the pleasure of staying at the Springwater! We are 2 younger couples in our late 20s and found the location of the B&B perfect for walking into town but still removed enough to be a relaxing haven. We visited in October so the race...
