This is our 4th year going and first year we filled the house with friends! We have gone before with one other couple! The view from the balcony every morning is nothing but spectacular! The breakfast every morning is fabulous! I am gluten free and the owners Val and Tim make sure all is yummy for me! Val and Tim...

My husband and I had the most amazing time here. We stayed in the cedar suite, it was beautiful. Breakfast each morning was amazing. We looked at many places to stay, and took a chance. We will definitely be back again!!

After some less than enjoyable stays at B&B's we were leery, but when we saw the listing and read the reviews for the Balcony View, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! It was the best B&B we ever stayed at. From the location, to the quality of the room, the bed, the breakfasts, the view...

What a wonderful place to spend a night or two (or three)! The view from our room onto Cayuga Lake was gorgeous. In the morning we could hear the loons on the lake and see the fish swimming underneath our little balcony (fed by the owners we found out). Accommodations in the room were very nice. The small sitting room...

The owners, Tim and Val are very sweet and kind. Their home is beautiful and the rooms are exquisite, pictures do not do it justice. It was slightly hard to find from route 89 as the house is nestled back from the road. So use your GPS to give you a fair warning! The trek down to the front door,...

My husband and I just got back from another wonderful stay at Balcony View B&B. It always feels like we are staying with friends when we are there. Tim and Val are always welcoming and accommodating. Breakfasts are perfect as far as I am concerned. Pancakes, eggs, potatoes (yum!!) the first morning and yogurt and fresh fruit was offered every...

A purpose built B&B with spacious rooms furnished with lovely antiques....or at least, furniture and accessories resembling antiques! All rooms have views of the lake....woke up to the sunrise over the lake! Breakfasts were amazing.

Half way point between Montreal and Cleveland is Balcony View B&B! Tim and Val are extremely accommodating and gracious hosts! The Oak Suite was exactly as Tim described it. Although he failed to accurately portray the beautiful sunrises that we saw from the suite. When pulling out of the driveway, turning either left or right, wineries are just a short...

Balcony View B&B is a hidden gem in the Finger Lakes. Right on Cayuga Lake. Close to many Wineries and spectacular Falls & Gorges. Within 30 min of Ithaca, NY with all its charm and history of the region including Cornell University & Ithaca College. We had a lovely time here! Tim & Val are wonderful hosts of this lovely...

My daughter, her two best friends and I stayed in the Oak Wood Suite during the Cayuga Wine & Herb weekend. The location is fantastic - right on the lake. The suite was perfect for our needs - 2 separate bedrooms, balcony, peaceful. Tim even got the fire going in the fire ring by the lake at the request of...

“All of the rooms are great, if you are traveling with friends one of the rooms does have a second bedroom right in the master that shares the bath. This can really cut down on costs if two friends are traveling together. Then you have more $$ for wine.”
