Our room was clean. A bit small though, but since we were only there for one night that didn't matter. Large fridge in the room along with a microwave and dvd player. Rating a 4 instead of 5 due to a problem with my key on arrival which the front desk moved my room but went on to imply that...

The property is very nice and management is extremely courteous. The breakfast is nicely done. Unfortunately we were there when a youth hockey team was also there. Apparently youth team stay here fairly frequently. The noise throughout the night was fairly annoying.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting our daughter at school. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and available very extended hours on the weekend. The fitness center was larger than most (it had room to lay down a mat) and had a nice selection of equipment.

Had to be in the city for 10 days for medical reasons. Location was right by the highway which was convenient for us and close to the airport. Hotel was clean except for some noticeable marks on the ceiling in the lobby. Someone had placed their hands on the ceiling when changing the light and left hand prints. Bathroom in...

I stayed here for a business trip and enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean, the bathroom could have used an update, but it was quiet. The breakfast spread was exceptional for a continental. Not being a pork eater, they had turkey sausage! I enjoyed the small packets of hot sauce too. They had plenty of options and the coffee...

Convenient location to local stores (Costco/Walmart...) and restaurants. Lobby/Fitness Room and Pool areas are all very nice. Room was smaller than a normal size Holiday Inn Express, so with a family of four, had to do some tip-toe around kids/suitcases/beds. Nice to have a microwave and bar fridge in the room. Room HVAC was noisy as well, indicated to staff...

The room is adequate I stay here thinking it was closer. It is really not convenient. It states it used to be Quinta. Please check a map before booking. The staff tried to be helpful, but I wish I had stayed downtown for convenience or at the airport for price

Dear Purplenugget, Thank you for your review, although we are at 4 miles (6 min) to the ROC international airport and on the exit 16 of the 390. The rooms were nice if a little small. The bed was comfy and lots of pillows. There was a keurig for coffee. The bathroom had a hairdryer and a curved curtain pole on the shower. I like the curved poles, makes me feel less claustrophobic. The halls look like they are next on the list to be refabbed. The rug...

Staying in the area for the night we chose this property for our IHG stay. When you walk in you are immediately impressed with the updated look of the lobby area. Greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming and helpful in many ways, we were given an upgraded room. My next comments will be both good and not so good....

No problems, no surprises. Just what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to RIT which was the purpose of my stay. Restaurants nearby and easy access to interstate.
