My spouse and I stayed at TMH in September 2018 as part of an Air Transat package tour of Greece. The hotel is situated on the roadway/highway overlooking the volcano and about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main part of Fira. The...More
From arriving at the airport to going home we were looked after brilliantly. We didn’t have to lift our cases once. Met by friendly staff with a lovely cherry drink before being shown to our room. It overlooked the Caldera and we were treated to...More
After a lot of planning we chose this hotel for our honeymoon, the reviews were excellent and the pictures looked amazing. We wanted to treat ourselves to a 5 star experience, however the hotel is more 3 star compared to UK standards.

I stayed in East view room it overlooks the sea but there are buildings before it, its a nice view & much quieter than the caldera side. Walk into Fira about 15 min it's not bad at all just slight hill up to the town, I've had a hip replacement so if I can do it anyone can. Not sure about gluten free but the food was lovely & lots of variations. The hotel had pool bar that did nice food & a restaurant although we didn't eat there. There's some nice restaurants on the way to Fira about 10 min walk. Enjoy you'll have a fab time
I don't remember there being any tea or coffee making facilities in the room specifically. There must have been a kettle though as I am a tea monster and always pack my own.
But definitely no Nespresso machine
