Stayed in the king suite and its so beautifully designed it’s hard to put into words and pictures do not do it justice. You really feel like you are staying in a piece of history yet it’s luxurious and modern and our room itself was easily the biggest self contained hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, with so much thought put into the renovation and details, the room sprawls over 3 floors with 4 separate bedroom areas and two separate jacuzzi rooms to explore, even the walls are spectacular which sounds so odd to say but it’s truly a marvel to see where the wine was once stored for so many years transformed into such a beautiful room. We loved having breakfast served at the big table in private and on our second day outside by the pool. The Food itself was very tasty and promptly served, room was also spotless and had everything we needed and then some. The hotel arranged the transfer for us from the airport which was very smooth and handy as we were arriving very late but we were still taken care of with welcome drinks and got advice for our trip even at this late hour which we really appreciated. We used the Italian restaurant next door mainly because it was so late and close but it’s an absolute gem to stumble upon, the food and service was fantastic, arriving very late they still accommodated us and even brought the food to our room as the restaurant was closing at midnight due to Covid, extremely professional and thoughtful. The pool area is beautifully done and the hotel is walking distance to everything, couldn’t recommend this place more we will no doubt be back. Well done to all the staff.

This hotel is gorgeous and the service is outstanding as well. Free wine at check in, generous breakfast, and really luxurious, beautiful rooms. Location is central and walkable to everything in Fira. Although there is no caldera view, the amazing hotel more than makes up for it for its price, and views are just a short 2 minute walk away. The family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is a godsend for people traveling with a group or couples!

Beautiful new place with rooms at three levels around the inner courtyard that also contains the pool. Well laid out accomodation, in our case with a separate room containing a whirlpool (which we didn't use, but all other rooms were occupied).

Great, friendly and professional reception- suggested associated cheap car rental, offered cool drinks...

Lovely breakfast served at tables around the pool (great coffee!)

We have just returned from staying seven nights at the Winery Hotel. Its located in the heart of Fira with easy access to all local attractions. The rooms are all unique, having originally been a working winery. The staff work extremely hard to keep the hotel spotlessly clean and rooms stocked with toiletries, pods for the Nespresso machine and clean linen and towels.
An extensive breakfast is provided daily. We unfortunately had a problem with the breakfast over a couple of days, this was nothing to do with the hotel but they went out of their way to correct things. All the staff are friendly and very approachable but I have to give a big thank you particularly to Katai, the day manager, for all her help and kindness during our stay, she made our trip very special.

From the moment we arrived from airport, we were greeted by Christos who met us by the taxi to help us with our suitcases. He welcomed us to the hotel with warmth and checked us in very efficiently.
The rooms are new and tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the details of the bathrobe and slippers.
The hotel is in the middle of Thira which was very convenient to all the shops, views, restaurants /bars.
The breakfast was a real highlight especially for my father in law who loves his big breakfasts in hotels.
All the staff were friendly and helpful to ensure we had a VIP transfer to the port for our ferry to another island.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel located in the heart of Fira. Amenities include pool, Nespresso in room coffee service, and daily breakfast cooked to order. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, scenic views of the caldera, and public transportation. The hotel management and staff are very personable, helpful and keep the place meticulously clean. The beds are comfortable and although it is close to the bustle of central Fira the fact that it is slightly set back from the street makes it quiet. Be sure to take a trip to the archeological site of Akrotiri and then visit the Museum of Prehistoric Thera (which is walking distance from the hotel).

Very warm welcome by Antonio with lots of useful information, with a glass of the beautiful wine famous in this area.

Our room was stunning with a separate jacuzzi cave and like the whole hotel was cool and elegant. The pool area is stunning and peaceful and in compete contrast to outside the walls which is the bustle of Fira.

Breakfast is ordered the night before, as much as you want of bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, bakery items, Greek yoghurt, juice, teas and coffees and served outside on your table and chairs at the time you order it for. Everything was delicious! We also had food from the Italian restaurant next door which serves as the hotels restaurant and it was really lovely. Thank you to Chris who was so hardworking but always had time to stop and chat with my husband!

Will definitely return here!

We were the lucky ones who stayed for four nights in the Deluxe Queen Suite. We have visited a lot of countries and slept in a lot of luxurious hotels, but this 91 square meters, two whirlpool suite was the best room we lives in so far. It has a lot of space, a great big whirlpool, a comfortable bed, Jo Malone shower gels and shampoo, a tasty breakfast which you can enjoy at the pool area... there is nothing negative to say about this Hotel. Antonio, the Hotel Manager, is a perfect host who does a great job. All the time. Also the rest of the crew is always great. If we ever stay on Santorini again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for making such an adorable time!

We had three families traveling together and we had their largest suite that fit two families perfect and another suite for the last family. The accommodated our group of 12 without a hitch. Everything was easy - our pickup at the airport, our day trips and reservations. We truly relaxed and they had the best hospitality. Honestly so happy we stayed here 🧡. Thank you thank you!
