A' class hotel (4 stars) located in the best part and center of Fira/Thira, with breathtaking views of the Caldera-Volcano-Aegean Sea. Just a stone’s throw from Fira’s bustling centre and surrounded by some of the island’s finest restaurants, most vibrant cafes and night venues, shops, banks, bus and taxi stations, as well as the Archaeological Museum, Atlantis displays an even more valued asset: its direct access by car –an extremely rare privilege for Santorini’s visitors, who do not need to carry their luggage on the caldera to reach the entrance of their hotel. Conveniently situated right on a small square next to an imposing Cathedral, Atlantis boasts the best location in Fira! The hotel’s stunning location is ideally complemented with dazzling panoramic, uninterrupted views over the island, the Aegean Sea and, of course, the volcano and its famous caldera. The exteriors meld harmoniously with the soft and ethereal interiors decorated with little more than white walls and tiled floors, featuring vaulted double-height ceilings, sensational marble stairs and a unique pool with Jacuzzi framed by the hotel’s emblematic arches. In the same spirit, the hotel’s 25 guestrooms are minimally decorated with bespoke furniture and fine fabrics, adding a touch of sophistication to a truly unique experience.

The location is fantastic. 5-7mins walk from the bus station. Right next to the Main Street. Next door to great restaurants. The staff are lovely. So helpful, the gentleman at reception is so friendly and helpful. Actually everyone we came across were very nice. The room was a bit chilly (we were not prepared for the wind in santorini) but that’s not an issue. There were a lot of toiletries offered and room was very clean. The breakfast was generous and varied with a Covid safe buffet. We kept eating too much as there was so much choice! The view from the room. Simply stunning. I would return just to see another sunset from the balcony. I cannot fault this hotel. Even though there was no lift to go to the room this would usually be an issue but we loved it so much it really wasn’t a problem.

An excellent hotel, in the best location! The hotel has kept the classic and vintage style, with simple decorations that may seem outdated, but everything is perfectly functional and impeccably clean! The central bus station of the island is a few minutes walk. The rooms are of optimal size, the bed is very comfortable with very good quality linen. The panoramic view from the small (but sufficient) balcony is absolutely spectacular, you can perfectly see the sea, the caldera, the epic sunset. We couldn't even have a more beautiful view! The cleanliness is impeccable, the towels are changed daily, also the set of cosmetics. Breakfast is varied and very good, congratulations to the lady Chef for the good and tasty food! The waiters are the nicest we have ever met, always smiling and extremely kind and attentive, friendly and very helpful, offering a lot of suggestions and information about the island, . We thank Andreas and Adonis for their impeccable service! Andreas provided us very useful recommendations for restaurants in Perissa, his hometown. A special remark for Spiros, with his elegance and kindness, politeness and manners worthy of the royal court. He was very generous in information, knowing very well the geography and history of the island, explaining in a pleasant and interesting way. We named him "Mr. Google of the island" :)) Thank you, dear Spiros, for the way you made us feel during the 7 days of vacation! Anna and Dimitris from the reception are very nice, being always willing to help. Dimitris helped us a lot with recommendations and suggestions, being always willing to help. The cleaning ladies are nice and kind and do their job impeccably! We didn't use the pool, the Aegean Sea was enough for us : ), but the pool looks very nice and clean. We are happy to choose this hotel and we would definitely return here! Congratulations to the hotel manager!

We stayed in Room 9. Great view of the island with the volcano and the entire bay area! Beds were confortable. This hotel and specifically Dimitrius(sp?) exceeded our expectations! Even to the point of having boxed breakfast set up for us when we went on a day trip to Ios early one morning. (If you go to bed early and you are concerned with noise then don't book this room as it is next to a restaurant/bar.)

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and might need renovation. People at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the Fira bus stop and the parking lot (1-2 blocks away). It can be accessed by taxi so you do not need to walk with your luggages. Breakfast was awesome and the area that serving breakfast has beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and Santorini.

From check in to check out we had a fabulous stay at the Atlantis Hotel in Fira. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The gentlemen at the front desk (his name escapes me) provided wonderful recommendations and arranged for numerous dinners, taxis etc. He was magnificent. Breakfast out on the terrace was a wonderful each and every morning. The head waiter a true delight and so charming. Location and views stunning. What a gem of a property. I was told it is the first hotel ever to be built in Fira. We loved the old world charm of it. The decor so tasteful. Rooms are small and older, but we didn't care. It added to the charm. The view from our room was jaw dropping. We only spent four short nights in Fira, but loved every minute of it. Quite possibly one of our favorite parts of the world we have visited so far. Highly recommend this hotel. If we ever return to the area we won't think twice about where to stay. Just wish we could go back tomorrow.
