Kima villas is on the main Street of Oia where most of the happening restaurants and shops are. This is the most popular street for the sunset views as well We took the 2 bedroom room for 2 couples but the rooms are pretty small here and are expensive because they are located in Oia. You pay the premium for...

First, the good news. The view was spectacular. The homemade fig jam at breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and sweet, but some of the issues noted in what we didn't like made it seem like they weren't paying attention to some details. Watching Ari carry 3 loaded suitcases at a time on the staircase from the main street was...

You can't beat the location of Kima, right at the heart of the luxurious town of Oia, and tucked into a quiet cave on the side of the mountain. And the people who run the hotel could not be nicer or more helpful. But you have to pay close attention to which room you pick. Some are luxurious and lovely,...

The staff, Sophia, Ari, and a second lady whose name escapes me, couldn't have been nicer to us. The hotel has a most beautiful view, and comfortable rooms. We got to stay in two different rooms during our stay and they were both very comfortable. Ari who wears many hats, was most hospitable, carrying our 50 lb. suitcases down the...

My friend and I had booked this hotel and had read the reviews on TripAdvisor. We spent quite a bit of money and understood that the cost was for the view as the location of the hotel is phenomenal. When we first arrived, the room we got was not what we expected, very old and dated and felt a bit...

This hotel has clean rooms and a swimming pool in the heart of Oia. It is easy to find as there is conveniently a small supermarket at the top of the stairs and a 5-10 minute walk to the prime sunset spots. Although it is surrounded by many other villas and hotels it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff...

I stayed at Kima Villa for 3 nights last week (July 2016) with my boyfriend. We ended up our trip in Santorini in this hotel and surely that was the best one we could wish for! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and made sure we were happy any time there. Saba, the...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights in the junior suite, what was absolutely amazing, the room gives the privacy you need in such a nice place with extraordinary view. Moreover, as we both have studied on a hospitality school in Switzerland, we can confirm that the service has been great. Especially , in order to make the...

I wish I could give this villa 5*. It has an amazing location/view and a staff to boot. We had the family suite, while the room was spacious enough the bathroom was dated and small and in great need of better ventilation. Once we used it a smell would ensue and just continue through the night until the next morning...
