Our stay at Andronis Luxury Suites was 100% perfect and more. The service, the rooms, the views, the breakfast - everything was absolutely faultless. We had a minor issue with our Jacuzzi leaking, was gobsmacked when we had a technician in our suite practically immediately after calling reception. The problem was very efficiently (within 5 minutes) fixed and at no disruption to us. The views from our room were incredible. Our room was incredible. The only bug bear was all the steps down to it, however that helped us burn off the calories from the breakfast feast we had each morning. To mention, the breakfast is excellent for veggies and vegans - so much variety! A nice touch that it is complimentary as well. Our experience at Lycabettus was also incredible. The food was amazing and so was the service. It was definitely our best ever dining experience. The reception staff were very very helpful and would assist with our restaurant and taxi bookings. We would call reception for an ice bucket and fresh ice would be delivered within a matter of minutes, Honestly, no request was too big or small for them. The service was 10/10 every time! Also, the places we visited always gave us the best options and tables in the house because we were staying at the Andronis. We truly felt like VIP's each time. Our stay at Andronis was the best experience ever, almost indescribable and honestly just faultless. We hope to return again very soon!

There is no other place to stay but the Andronis Luxury Suites when visiting Santorini! Stunning views, amazing, unique accommodation, delicious gourmet cuisine and a fabulous spa. Great location for shopping, touring and seeing the magical sunsets. Impeccable service from all staff, who were all very kind and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Gannis and Nikos who went above and beyond to look after us and ensured we made our holiday experience unforgettable. You will find that you are missing Santorini before you even leave, I would not hesitate to return.

I have been to a lot of nice hotels around the world, and I can honestly say the Andronis Luxury Suites gave hands down the best service I have ever had. If you want true luxury and first-class service, this is the place. From the concierge, to the pool staff, to restaurants and bars, everyone was fantastic. On top of that, anything they arranged everything we needed from wine tasting, restaurants, boat tours etc.At every restaurant we went to that was booked by the hotel, we got the best seat in the house! A special shout out to their breakfast staff… my girlfriend and I agreed that the croissants were the best croissants we’ve ever had!! And we’ve been to France plenty of time. Best ever!

My wife and I found a really good deal on flights and reservation towards the end of the season (Early November), which happens to be our anniversary so we booked it. In a nutshell, it was all worth it and I'd happily go again. WHEN BOOKING: We did this through Expedia, which worked out well. We came from the USA so we had a few different flights and transfers. After booking, you'll be provided a few different options and the resort will ask you if you'd like any special services. We did the romantic turndown service on our anniversary day which was really cute. A few days prior to your trip, the resort will e-mail you with a recap of what to expect and if you need anything else. One thing they will ask is if you need transfer services to/from the airport. I RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES. The driver (we had Kostas) is amazing, knowledgeable and so accommodating. They charge for this, but it's worth it since by the time you get there, they'll greet you at the drop off point and carry your bags for you up the steps and to your room. Also, the resort's price is very reasonable compared to taxis and external transfer services. We actually hired an outside service to transport us. We didn't communicate this so Andronis sent a driver to the airport and he was the first person we saw waiting for us as we left the airport...so we thought he was with the transport service. We apparently stood up the transport service because of this miscommunication and didn't know Kostas was with Andronis until we were enroute to the resort. This led to a minor issue when sorting the bill upon check-out. IN A NUTSHELL, accept the transfer service and pay the fee. It's worth it. AT THE RESORT: The room is astounding and comfortable. You get complimentary mineral water and coffee from the Nespresso machine and they also have a minibar if you'd like to consume other things at an additional cost. A few of the items at the minibar are competitively priced while others are overpriced, but that's to be expected. I only had one item from the minibar (a beer), and I enjoyed it. When you arrive, the hotel offers you a welcome drink and a welcome bottle of wine and sweets, which we very much enjoyed. Note: they source their wine locally, and the wine on the island is dry due to the volcanic soil. Just a FYI for those sweeter wine fans. Depending on your room, you may have a private hot tub, pool, or neither. We had a hot tub overlooking the caldera, which was awesome. If you want the temperature raised or lowered, you need to call the front desk, and it may take some time for it to be adjusted. Breakfast is included in your stay (at least it was in ours), and it is AMAZING. You can order so much amazing food and you have the choice to have the food brought to your room to eat on your balcony, or to go to the restaurant. I highly recommend the delivery to your room. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for this and you can sit on your balcony overlooking the caldera which is amazing. Just hand the front desk your breakfast order the night prior. They also have a spa, pool and full restaurant right along the main strip in Oia. We got massages, and the therapist was very good and professional. The restaurant at night was good, but in my opinion overpriced for the 9-course meal...and I was annoyed they charged 9 euros for a bottle of water when water is included in your stay at the hotel. The pool was nice, but can only accommodate a fixed amount of people, about 14 people or 7 couples. HOTEL STAFF: Very accommodating and nice. They will make reservations for you, recommend amazing excursions and places to go, and you can even hire a driver to take you around the island. We did this and HIGHLY recommend it. Drivers on the island are a little nuts, so hiring a driver is the way to go. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable and comfortable. I only took away 1 star due to the transfer service mixup and the overly expensive bottle of water at dinner.

This will have been one if not the best experience ever in a 5* hotel. Everything was just perfect : the location with an awesome view on the caldera, the suite with private jacuzzi outdoor allow to enjoy every seconds from breakfast to the dinner, and the staff is just so reactive, always happy to provide the best service for you and so kind. Thanks a lot for this great moment we will come back for sure!
