We stayed at this amazing place for 5 nights at Nichteri Suite. We really appreciated our stay. The staff was always present, super friendly, made us feel welcome and helped wherever they could.

We arranged a transport from/to the airport directly at the hotel (EUR 40 for three people).
The room is spacious and nicely decorated. It is equipped with a fridge and you get offered a free bottle of wine and some soft drinks when you arrive.

The breakfast was served directly on the patio of our suite with a breathtaking view. It was generous, super delicious and we didn't miss anything. You can choose between different options from the menu.

The sunbeds at the pool are really comfortable and invite you to relax.

We rented a quad for two days to explore the island. It was also arranged via reception (EUR 50 per day) and we really enjoyed it.

Our flight back home was in the evening. They allowed us to stay at the hotel until pick up and we were able to use the bathroom with shower in the pool area, what was really convenient for us.

We absolutely recommend this beautiful place to stay! It is perfectly situated close to restaurants, supermarket, bus stop and different shops.

It was just perfect! We hope to come back once!

I have been to Oia several times and always stayed in different places. I can honestly say that Filotera Suites was by far the best of the places I have stayed.

Just returned from a 3 night trip and was left wishing that I had stayed much longer.

We had an Executive Pool Suite and spent many hours lounging in the personal heated outdoor hot tub admiring the view.

Filotera Suites is a perfect combination of location (right off the main path in the “fancy” part of Oia, close to many bars, restaurants and upscale shops and privacy (once you step through the gate you feel that you are away from the rest of the hustle and bustle that defines Oia).

Breakfasts were incredible. Fantastic choice of pretty much anything you can want.

The main pool is share between the small number of rooms but I don’t think that I saw more than 2 people there at any time.

The restaurant is definitely worth a try. Decent food at not outrageous prices, and also next to the pool with a lovely view.

We stayed here for one night to get a feel for Oia after a week in Imergovgli. View is incredible. The pros: Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices and food. The bartender was very friendly and the pool area is very nicely. Also the private hot tub was great addition. Definitely get one. AC works well and the room is laid out nicely. They also have shower facilities so if you have a late flight, you can lay by the pool. This was ideal! The cons: staff was nice but not exceptionally friendly. They barely said hello when you casually walked by. Although we asked for some recommendations for dinner, none were provided ahead of time. The room was nice - small but cozy- but there was a bad smell when we came back from dinner. We were glad we had a night in Oia and has a nice stay.

I booked this hotel for a surprise honeymoon post covid as it was on the amber list. The room we stayed in was the executive cave suite with outdoor hot tub and what a room it was.

As it was a surprise, I had planned lots of restaurants, room extras like balloons, hiring of quads and boat tours. This was all done through the hotel! I emailed constantly to ensure everything was booked and the hotel were brilliant in organising it all.

As it was a honeymoon they decorated the room with balloons and rose petals for an extra charge but it was worth it! The hot tub was perfect and when we wanted it warmer, the staff were on hand to increase the temperature. The room itself is located just under the reception but it was perfect. You have your own little area and steps down to the room. The hotel is located in the busy part of Oia but at the quieter end which is nice. It’s a hotel where everyone gets that “Instagram” photo.

The breakfast was fantastic and it is served on your balcony which overlooks the Caldera and the view is sublime! The breakfast itself is amazing and you have lots to choose from.

The pool is great and is always quiet so it feels like your very own private pool.

We ended up having a private candle lit dinner on the last night at the hotel and was so nice. The breakfast was so good that our expectations were high and it did not disappoint! Lovey 3 course meal to end the honeymoon.

I would certainly be returning to this hotel due to the location, the breakfast and the staff! Every staff member at the hotel were so polite, kind and would always ask if we needed anything.

The service was probably the best service we have ever had in a hotel and you certainly won’t be disappointed with the hotel!

We had a lovely stay at Filotera suites, didn’t want to leave! We stayed in the executive cave suite with the private hot tub, the views of the caldera were spectacular. The breakfast every morning was delicious. We had a great time chilling by the pool and want to thank Themis for the great service and company! Thank you!

This hotel is amazing. Very small and personal where the staff are very helpful and attentive.
As soon as you arrive at reception you are completely blown away by the stunning views over the caldera.
As you walk down the path to your suite you appreciate the location and that everything is spotlessly clean.
Our cave suite had a lovely big terrace with a seating area and a hot tub with the same amazing views.
The pool area is small but perfectly adequate for the number of guests and was never crowded. Very relaxing.
Nice bar staff there as well. Gets a bit shady later in the day.
Breakfast on your terrace every morning was a great touch.
Would highly recommend

Let me start off by saying we were very excited to stay in the famous oia and experience the luxury that Santorini offers . we stayed for 3 nights in the cave by the pool and were very happy with the Outdoor jacuzzi and room . there is no view from the room but that didn’t bother us because we were at pool level and we’re able to take in the view from the pool.
On the last night I inadvertently booked an upgraded executive cave suite . this room was a downgrade based on size even though they claim it’s the same size . The outdoor hot tub doesn’t go past warm and it was smaller than the previous room . however . The view from this suite is better than the previous category .
I would not recommend this hotel overall because when you book a luxury room and pay ++++ you would think that you at least get what you pay for . I am disappointed with how the front desk handled the situation .
The continental breakfast was okay . nothing special but nothing bad to say either .

We loved everything about this hotel, it's placed almost in the middle of Oia facing beautiful caldera volcanos, views are simply magnificent. This place used to be an old vinery so rooms are spacious and fully equipped with privet jacuzzi and veranda and there's a main pool for guests too. We considered a big benefit the placement of the hotel, it's near the parallel main road making the access very easy, you don't need climb steps or walk far to reach the hotel. It is quiet, cosy and very professionally managed, everyone is very friendly and ready to help or assist. Special thanks to Katerina, Dimitra, Alexis and everyone else for making our stay special.

I paid over $1500 a night, and the service was not great. I emailed prior to my arrival about family friendly tours and just got a suggestion for a winery. There was no coordination done for anything but transportation from the airport to the hotel which seems to have been overpriced based on what other tourists advised. When we got here after about 15 hours of traveling, they sat me down to go through the bill and payment instead of allowing my family (traveling with husband and 2 kids) to get to the room to just settle in. when I asked for any extension of checkout of 11 am due to trying to get 2 kids out of a room by 11 and jet lag, I was told absolutely no. When asked about laundry, I was told it could take 7-10 hours. To end the night, when I called to see if seajets allows changes in time so that I could try to leave early because I had to be out by 11 am anyway, I was met with someone who barely spoke English and kept telling me I should contact them directly with no further help. I really expected more after paying this much for a room. I think service and accommodation is everything, especially when traveling with 2 kids and paying this much for a room. Very disappointed.

We stayed at Filotera Suites for 2 nights and we had the best time here.
It was a great choice!
The hotel is so beautiful with the most amazing view. Our executive suite was really lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony with a glass of wine at night.
The staff was very welcoming snd helpful and the service excellent.
The breakfast served on the balcony is absolutely outstanding and the hotel pool is also fantastic!
To sum up: Top notch! I highly recommend Filotera Suites and I would definitely book again!

Hi! Unfortunately, you won't get much in the way of privacy on your terrace. The layout of the property means that there are staff and guests walking up and down the stairs between the pool and kitchen and their rooms throughout the day. We didn't find it much of a problem but I can understand your desire for privacy. The view is so amazing that we didn't mind the people passing or the other guests in the rooms to the side of us. On the plus side, breakfast is prepared room by room and the times are staggered so you should have relative privacy at this time. I'm not sure how other properties in the surrounding area manage this issue. I expect that it could be a problem in many places in Oia as space is at premium. Best wishes on your wedding :)

The property is outstanding in every way. I googled your room type and I am sure you will have a dream honeymoon. The views are outstanding and breakfast on the balcony is sublime. Enjoy! Alf mabrouk!

Is there a gym/fitness center?
Answer from anthonyshay

Nope, but if you're interested in fitness there's a great path that connects Oia and Fira. It takes a couple hours each way but gives some spectacular views of the Caldera!
