We enjoyed a gastronomic experience that will go down in our history of fine dining. There was nothing we could fault, the food was mouth watering, the service discrete and the waiting staff even understood my schoolboy French. The wine list was also very comprehensive with an excellent selection to suit budgets.

Wouldn't change a thing. The service very good, quite very spacious room, no elevator but no big deal, and the breakfast adequate. Dinner was very good including cheese course. Near Versailles, and 20 minutes from Paris. Free parking.

Stayed here for a couple of nights last weekend. We were advised that a Wedding was taking place while we were staying, but were found rooms which were far enough away from any possible disturbance. From check in until check out, the staff were very attentive, real service with a genuine smile. The only slight -ve was that one of...

Old but very charming chateau hotel. Has a beautiful garden with large, old trees and a great, big terrace. The room was fine, with a nice tub in the bathroom. The people were very nice and ver helpful and spoke English well.

Rooms are small and all round this is just another un remarkable hotel. I did not find the staff particularly helpful , all in all this really was a place I would rather not have stayed. Average to below average.

I was introduced to this hotel about 10 years ago and was lucky enough to visit again this month. It is an old country house hotel with a real focus on Service and good quality food The rooms - are furnished in an "olde worlde" fashion but the TV is Digital HD and the bathroom modern and up to date....

OK, the rooms aree small (but aren't they in all French hotels), the rooms are a bit tired (but hey the Chateau wasnt built yesterday), but the location, the garden and the lovely staff make up for it. Nothing is too hard. They food is excellent, the service is perfect. Outstanding value. I am looking forward to returning and so...

Even for French food, the offering tonight at the Verbois restaurant was extraordinary. The appetizers two surprising tastes of the most unexpected combinations. Walnut with a little piece of bread with a mixture of cream cheese--but only a bite to whet the palette. Then the asparagus (blanc) with a wonderful little sauce. Then the fish came with a mixture of...
