Stayed in until 74I for a family white water rafting trip for a long weekend. The accommodations were exactly what was advertised - clean, very comfortable, wifi, flat screen TVs, even a game console for my children with up to date games (minecraft etc). The unit provided a welcome basket full of basic sundries for us which was a welcome...

Unit furniture and fixtures haven't been updated since the 70s. Burnt out light bulbs, dead flies on the blinds, some blinds didn't work. The coffee maker was missing the lid so the brewed coffee couldn't drip down from the filter. The portable AC unit in the loft bedroom was not attached to exhaust, I reattached it and the unit took...

Dear BlueAyes1111, Sorry to hear you had issues with the accommodations for your unit. Each unit is independently owned and would be grateful if you could respond with unit number so I can forward to the management office to be addressed. Most owners take great pride in providing an updated unit with working WiFi. You can also see pictures of...

Our group has been staying at the Summit for a long weekend each winter for the last 20 years. Through the years we have noticed a gradual decline in the overall condition of the rental units. While some are updated and well maintained, others are just tired and worn out. Our recent stay in unit O39 proved to be a...

The unit is 30 years old without updates. It was supposed to sleep 8, but we had only beds for 4. The pull-out couch days were long over. The freezer did not freeze, ice cubes could not be made etc. Back door was broken, and screen door too. Management was not responsive. Overall stay away.

The Summit at Gore Mountain was exactly what was represented. It was close to the ski area and town. Each condo is set to the owners taste. We had two units and they were both clean and well appointed. We had an ideal ski weekend and skied Gore and Whiteface while dining out in town every evening. The condos were...

We stayed over president's weekend 2015 and enjoyed our stay. Our unit was nice enough, kitchen outdated and baths but they were fine. Convenient to gore for skiing. Shuttle runs weekends and this holiday week but we drove up instead as we didn't want to get trapped there. Fires hard to start without a duraflame log so bring one for...

We spent 5 days at a condo M-2 over New Year's this year with my wife and 4 young adults. The 6 of us were very comfortable. The accomodations were what you would expect from a rented condo - nothing fancy but clean and in good working order. They had a wood burning fireplace (bring your own paper and kindling)...

We stayed in unit 74-I. It is a two-bedroom, with a full and bunk beds in one bedroom, and a queen in the other. Hi-speed WIFI and cable. Nicely furnished. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with nice dishes, cookware etc. Very convenient to Gore -- right around the corner. Would stay in this unit again.

The issue is that each townhouse is very, very different. It all depends on the owner. We were a group of 4 families, renting 4 townhouses. One was great, two were average and ours was horrible. Avoid unit J11 at all cost. The entire complex is over 30 years old but most owners invested some money to keep the units...
