We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent. Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, many restaurants and the Casino. Attached is an Arcade and restaurant. The common area is very nice with plenty of seating and a swimming pool. The rooms are

This hotel was awful, it’s dirty and dated. The only good and clean items were sheets and towels (or else we would have left and found a different hotel). This is not a 3* hotel! Even for 1 night, it was not worth the cheap rate from Hotwire. I can only imagine what a UV

Hello Tnab, We recognize your time is valuable and greatly appreciate your feedback. I am terribly sorry your stay was not as great as what we would have wanted it to be. I guarantee that this is not the norm or level of service we wish to portray. I’d like to obtain some additional detail regarding your experience so I have sent you a private message. I have made the hotel management aware of your concerns and I am confident that they will take every action possible to ensure these issues are internally addressed and resolved. I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception. Sincerely, Krysllin G. Case Manager IHGService

We stayed at the Inn at the Falls and the location was great. We were right next to the falls and were able to walk downtown. The rooms were clean and we were able to park very close to our room. I would recommend staying at the Inn at the Falls.

You have to pay $10/day for parking? SERIOUSLY???
YES. It’s actually $10.80 with tax. Most hotels don’t charge for parking. It’s a cash grab and ripoff stay elsewhere.

Sorry - I don't know, coz I've been driving from NYC to Niagara Falls. You better check with guest experience desk or reception, pls! Enjoy!

Is the hotel within walking distance to restaurants/bars and activities?
Yes. Hotel is in walking distance to everything, including food. We ate at many of the counter/fast food places (lots of ethnic choices). Tony Romas food was just ok but service was good. We had breakfast at Red Coach Inn. Food just ok. Service was awful from long waits, lack of attention from waitress, no beverage refills to wrong orders (and we were there just after their morning 'rush')!

From our room we could not. While hotel is in walking distance to falls and state park, it is far enough away (approximately 1.5-2 blocks) that I'm guessing all rooms have no view.
