Booked the place as it offered in room wifi Internet and carpark lot, none of which was available when we were there. The lift smells and the room itself is rundown. Breakfast options were limited and very oily. Will not stay there again.

I had booked this hotel from Expedia as it was near to the falls and the only good thing I can say that this hotel is that its near to the falls nothing else. The room was dirty , the linen was dirty , and the room was smelling and was damp. No toiletries, except some cheap shampoo. Thankfully had...

We recently went to this hotel and the staff was rude and disrespectful. We were traveling with kids it advertises that they have a free continental breakfast and there was nothing. When we went to check in it took the person 45 min to get us our room keys then when we got to our rooms they were discusting. There...

The staff at this hotel was dismissive, and disrespectful to women. They were unfriendly, un co-operative, and treated their customers with a bland, offensive attitude. The air-conditioning in the lobby didn't work. That was especially noticeable considering the rude front desk worker was slow, dismissive, and it took forever to get our reserved rooms. The rooms smell like fresh ash-trays,...

We ended a trip to the east coast at Niagara Falls and had the misfortune of staying at this hotel. The entire hotel has a funky smell to it. The lobby was about 110 degrees and smelled VERY bad. Our room was dirty and unkept. There were places on the wall where wallpaper was TAPED together. There was mold in...

This place needs a lot of attention! Pretty shabby and sad. However, we only crashed here for two nights and didn't really spend a lot of time in our room, so we put up with the place and it's poor service. Bring flip-flops or sandals to wear in the shower! Free breakfast was very sparse and opens later than the...

From both the outside and inside, this hotel is very run down. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable hotel bed. The sheets were worn and there were stains on the bedding. The website states that free continental breakfast is offered but this is not true. The shower was stained and some of the lights in the room were...
