This has a great location, 5-8 minutes walking to the falls. The room for 4 people was really spacious, however it was a little smelly because of the old carpet. Besides, we had a balcony full of spiders (we couldn't even open the door because the spiderwebs blocked the entrance). Too old building, they would need to make some enhancements...

This hotel is a joke! For $226 the only good thing about it is its 5m from the falls and the receptionist Irene. She was very professional and friendly. My fiance and I originally booked room 306 walked in and it just looks like something off of American Horror story ; there was a huge hole in wall from water...

So I cheaped out and got burnt. This is truly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Bullet points: - room very run down. Peeling paint, wallpaper everywhere - furniture would have been dated 20 years ago - overwhelming bleach, cleaning chemical smell - shower in bathroom scary - stains everywhere. Did not even bother pulling back the bedspread. Knew...

I so wanted to make this a great review. We stayed here 6 years ago (different name then) and had a wonderful time, hot tub, seeing the falls. My girlfriend tried to book the same room about 4 weeks ahead of time. Apparently some changes have happened and they have only one hot tub room. We were told it was...

Great location - I walked to the state park bridge in about 3 minutes and was at the falls in 15. Room was clean, with a flat screen tv, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom was clean as well, with all necessary toiletries you'd expect. My door needed to be slammed shut to ensure the lock engaged both when I was...

We have booked this hotel as it was pretty close to the Niagara Falls. It was mention that parking is free. But once we reached the hotel we found that the number of parking space is very less. The rooms where clean but the toilet had leftover hairs in the drain. We did not get wifi connectivity.

I rarely write reviews but I feel the need to warn others about this place. I don't know how the bad reviews for this place escaped my research prior to booking but I really wish they hadn't. I have very modest standards & usually stay in youth hostels. However, this place charged more than colleagues' hotels (as I discovered later)...

It was a good stay- good price and good location. Walking distance to the casino and the falls. Staff was friendly and location is pretty quiet. We like our room with the balcony because we could see the Canada skyline and the mist from the falls. Refrigerator and microwave in the room are a plus :)

We came to rooms with dirty beds. Red and yellow stains. We did not sleep there after that discovering... A very low budget place. It was also a very strong smell that reminded us about strong cleaning soap or something. Can not recommend this for anybody!
