We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Falls. Pros- Location, a short walk to the falls. Close to the heart of Niagara and plenty of restaurants and shops. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Due to the long drive and traffic we arrived quite late but the staff were fine about us checking in at midnight. Cons- The... More

Its a budget hotel and the staff was friendly. The room and bathroom looks clean. Just that the wooden hall at corner of the bathroom is getting decayed slowly. Probably a fix would be a great job by the hotel team. The hotel signboard that is small in size will create difficulties in noticing it if you are passing through the... More

The place is a disaster: old, dirty and muggy rooms, no daily cleaning, beds-sheets -covers and towels are dirty and stinky, as well the carpet curtains, no wifi (even they said they have), bathrooms are old with no natural or electrical ventilation, cockroaches included. There was a break in various rooms in daylight. Be ware: they charge you on advanced,... More

We stayed on the top floor so we would not have to listen to heavy footed traffic up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. There is an elevator but it is old and very slow. However, it will get you up to the top floor. The wifi did not work the entire time we were... More

To be fair, it has to be said, that the location of this place is great. 5 minutes walk from the falls. We spent here 2 nights, not consequently. Both times, rooms were clean and tidy and staff was very nice to us. It was much worse with quality of breakfast and also the general look of this place. Wasn't... More

This has a great location, 5-8 minutes walking to the falls. The room for 4 people was really spacious, however it was a little smelly because of the old carpet. Besides, we had a balcony full of spiders (we couldn't even open the door because the spiderwebs blocked the entrance). Too old building, they would need to make some enhancements... More

This hotel is a joke! For $226 the only good thing about it is its 5m from the falls and the receptionist Irene. She was very professional and friendly. My fiance and I originally booked room 306 walked in and it just looks like something off of American Horror story ; there was a huge hole in wall from water... More

So I cheaped out and got burnt. This is truly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Bullet points: - room very run down. Peeling paint, wallpaper everywhere - furniture would have been dated 20 years ago - overwhelming bleach, cleaning chemical smell - shower in bathroom scary - stains everywhere. Did not even bother pulling back the bedspread. Knew... More

I so wanted to make this a great review. We stayed here 6 years ago (different name then) and had a wonderful time, hot tub, seeing the falls. My girlfriend tried to book the same room about 4 weeks ahead of time. Apparently some changes have happened and they have only one hot tub room. We were told it was... More
