Beautiful place to stay. The Inn is clean, rooms are very large and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room! The building itself has charm with parts dating back to the 1700's. Breakfast was delicious and with a good variety. It's quiet and peaceful just outside of New Paltz. The Inn Keepers are very nice.

All 3 rooms are outstanding (we stayed in the Tucker Room). Beautifully appointed, comfortable, homey. Magazines and books available, and lots of literature on things to do in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer! To top it off, the food is out of this world. The owners are friendly and gracious - perfect hosts. I hope we...

I am a returning guest and once again, the Maplestone Inn is everything one could wish for in a B&B! The Inn is spotless and beautifully appointed, with large rooms and pristine bathrooms. The common areas are cozy and inviting, the breakfasts are artful and delicious, and the hosts, Patty and Sean, are charming and hospitable while being unobtrusive. They're...

The highest compliment is a return stay. We've just returned from another great stay at the B&B with Sean and Patty being gracious hosts as usual. We normally pick the Hunter Room so that we have direct access to the patio area behind the house where we relax reading, sipping wine, talking, watching the hummingbirds come into the flowers, and...

My wife and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this weekend and decided to make it an unconventional celebration by making it a rock climbing adventure in the Shawna Gunks region of the Catskills mountains in NY. Comfort during our 4 day adventure was a must so we did some research and found a beautiful B and B in...

Well, we read all the rave reviews here before booking into to Maplestone Inn (we were visiting DIA:Beacon, Vassar and journeying on to the Catskills) and couldn't have been more delighted with our choice. After a month on the road in the USA, from the moment of our arrival this was an oasis of tranquility, beauty and charm. So much...

My best friend from childhood & I had the perfect girlfriends' getaway at this wonderful B&B. The house is absolutely beautiful, and Patty & Sean have restored & furnished it with impeccable taste & attention to every detail. They have maintained its historic beauty, but added all of the modern comforts that make the stay so comfortable & enjoyable (like...

The multiple positive reviews you see listed here are accurate and I don't want to repeat what's been stated. But, trust me and make a reservation, visit the Hudson Valley and stay at the MapleStone Inn. You'll be a very relaxed and happy person. The hosts, Patty and Sean, are wonderful and caring, the facilities are tasteful and the breakfast...

Maplestone has found the perfect balance of the personal touch of a B&B with the privacy couples wish for a get-away. My husband and I stayed in the beautifully appointed and historic Jenkins suite for the week following our wedding in the Hudson River Valley. Sean and Patty were gracious and welcoming hosts who were present when we needed them...

Recently my husband Jeff and I traveled from California to experience Fall foliage in Lake MInnewaska near New Paltz. We stayed at Maplestone, a lovely stone house with all the amenities and lush grounds as well and felt we were home! Our innkeepers, Sean and Patty were delightful and warm. Patty delivered luscious breakfasts to kick start our day everyday....
