Stayed here two weeks ago and was so grossed out by my room. My boyfriend booked here as he had stayed here before and I was so disappointed when I saw the room. It's beyond dated-it would have been dated 20 years ago and now it's just worn-out and gross. It's also so dirty-basic cleaning is overlooked as they don't...

Nice little place. Clean and near the Sound beaches. Was provided a beach pass for any beach in MONTAUK. Didn't kill us on the pricing very reasonable especially for MONTAUK in late summer would definitely stay here again

Disgusting motel. You get what you pay for. Came here on recommendation. To start, the front office lady can come off rude but that is ok. Checked into room and greeted by 5 large flies buzzing the room. Asked for fly swatter was told there was none and flies are normal. Just open the window. The rooms are dark, dingy...

Clean, fair priced, Nice people. The only negative is NO pool. Out of town in quiet area, but close to harbor for fishing and Long Island Sound beaches.. only 5 minutes to the ocean Beach and town. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hotel really needs update !!!! Only reason it was great was because we were able to book for one night in high season. Upon entering the room & looking around, i found a large cracker on the floor (YUK), and behind the TV cabinet was a plastic bottle. Not the cleanest!! Location was ok - close to Gosmans Dock -...

one of the great things about this motel is that you do not have to book 2 or 3 days at a time, we stayed for 1 night to take advantage of a whale watching trip which got back at 3:30 on a sunday afternoon (right in the middle of everyone leaving montauk after the weekend. the motel is very...

We love going to Montauk but have noticed that over the years many of the resort properties have become very expensive and require a mimium of 3 nights stay. The Colloden has maintained its reputation of being affordable and in a great location. It is clean and comfortable for any one looking to spend time in Montauk. We were there...

We've been going to Culloden House for years. You can get a nice room without breaking the bank. If you go in season, mid week you can get a room for about 150.00 a night - compared to downtown Montauk that will cost you 250.00 and up. The difference is, your not right on the water - from Culloden its...

This is our 3rd time staying there and will stay there again. We visit every year in the summer and are pleased with the motel. We are outdoors for the most of the day and night. We really only need a CLEAN! place to shower and sleep, this fits the bill, so having no frills is ok with us. Price...
