My first time to Montauk so this may be well known to frequent visitors...totally overpriced, granted that is not much different than the Jersey shore in the summer but here you get not much for a lot. If the price were $200 a night this place would not feel too bad. The "motel" was rustic and kind of cool, the...

Awesome spot! Great vintage feel with a attention to detail. The room was clean and made me feel as though I was at an adult summer camp. The restaurant was fantastic with great service. Highly recommended.

This is a really cool spot. The rooms have a great feel to them and the bar and restaurant is buzzing. The staff could not be nicer. Betsey at check-in cheerfully offered us a great room when we booked this place as a walk-in on a whim. Betsey along with the rest of the staff was great. I loved the...

get a reservation for dinner and stay for drinks for the night. it's a glorified campground and rooms have little hammocks in them. the restaurant has one bathroom which can be problematic. the back area bar is more like club music, outdoor bar has jenga and the occasional drunk guy stumbling around.

This hotel does a good job of creating the summer camp vibe. The room is just okay; not luxurious but it definitely fits the bill for relaxed montauk. I love the lanterns and lights all over the yard and restaurant; they truly are amazing. Making s'mores at the campfire was fun. The hammocks and backyard games definitely provide a cool...

Approaching the hotel was very enticing with flowers, trees, a view of the lake, and a large parking lot with bicycles on the side for patrons. We entered the hotel by a 5-step high wooden boardwalk on the side of the building and entered the reception area where we were greeted by a very sweet lady who was extremely helpful...

Went here for my post-wedding mini-moon and could not be happier with the service. Came in around noon and allowed us to check-in early. They knew we were coming for our mini-moon (had called ahead) and invited us to complimentary apps/drinks in the evening. The next day allowed us to use their shower after we had checked out. Staff was...

Great place to go if you're looking for fun. Most places in montauk are crowded these days, but I like this place for the dance floor, indoor bar, restaurant, and outdoor sections. You can change it up depending on your mood, but it WILL be crowded during the summer.

Ruschmeyer's was the best place to stay during LDW. We arrived the first night and were told that there was a problem with our reservation and they couldn't accommodate us for the whole weekend. They found an available room for us at a hotel close by and still let us use all of Ruschmeyer's accommodations as all of our friends...

My partner and I stayed here for four nights. The hotel is 'rustic' and the rooms are damp (yes it is "near" the ocean but you can't "see" the ocean so they need employ dehumidifiers badly). Nice things at the hotel: - You can borrow bicycles to ride around (for free... nice touch) - Borrow beach towels (for going to...
