We stayed in the Hilton Long Island with our 10 year old lacrosse team as part of a local tournament. To say things were hectic would be an understatement. That being said, the Hilton Long Island staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The one knock was being woken up a couple of times...

This is an extremely attractive property with easy access to the L.I.E., a professional and welcoming staff, and great service. Beautifully-appointed rooms. Plenty of parking. For anyone traveling to L.I., this location would be a great choice.

This hotel is very clean and updated, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I have always been treated with professional courtesy and kindness. This is an average hotel and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We stayed here for a wedding that was at the hotel. The wedding was beautifully done. The rooms were average , walking around the hotel, you can tell it was an older hotel and some areas seemed dirty. That would be the only negative point. overall...

The pictures looked great. The hotel did look like the pictures except the hotel was a bit run-down. There were water stains on the ceiling, some peeling wallpaper, and a poor air conditioning system. It was a room, basically, in need of a good cleaning and some minor repairs. I ordered room service which was pretty good. I ordered twice-...

First night, doors slamming in hallway all night. Next day was hot so tried to put ac on. Front plate from thermostat fell onto the floor. I fixed that and set it to high cool and it never got the room below 75 even though it was running for hours. That night we had people banging on our room looking...

The non-smoking room when I checked in smelled like smoke. The room was warm. I turned the air down to cool the room and left. I mentioned both issues to the front desk. When I returned the room still smelled from smoke and the room was still warm. I would not recommend this location.

this is not what I would've expected from a hotel that charges so much for a room. On the surface, it looks fancy. But once you're in your room- the bathrooms have no exhaust fan so the small room is engulfed with steam before your shower starts. Then, find out the tub doesn't drain so you're left wondering why you...
