Beautiful farmhouse. My husband and I stayed in the Porchside room. Very nicely decorated that also had a lovely private bathroom. EVERYTHING in the farmhouse was perfectly neat and spotless, which was an A+++ in my book. The shower was very large. Our room was next to the door that led to the porch and the gathering area. The tasting...

We did not stay over but took the tour of the winery by the owner which was so informative!! He loves what he does, cares about what he does and is a true environmentalist. Did you know that the only ingredient the wine Industry needs to list on its bottles is sulfites?? So if they add coloring or other additives...

The Farmhouse is lovely, and clean. I personally am not a huge fan of B&B's and to be honest, some reviews of the owners being absent was part of the appeal for us. That being said, our minimal interaction with them was a bit disappointing - didn't seem to care much either way. The staff were the shining stars in...

The best wines of the day. Nice set up, indoor and outdoor space, quite small so could get busy on warm days. We arrived late so only wine by the glass, no tasting. But wine list descriptive enough to find a glass we liked. Good snacks. Highly recommend, more for the wine than the setting.

My husband and I visited Shinn at the suggestion of our B&B hostess. It's a lovely spot and the owners seemed very pleasant, along with their dog Panda who was at the owner's side all the time. There is some outdoor seating, but we chose inside - although a crying baby had us second guess ourselves after we sat down...

I enjoyed my first visit to Shinn; and overlooked some of the coldness from the staff; however the second time around I did not feel welcomed at all. The staff is just jaded and judgmental. I would not go back- too many wineries on Long Island offering amazing pairings, wine selections and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Sorry Shinn. Change the...

We spent 2 days visiting wineries, Shinn Estates was a great place to spend the night, convenient to many other wineries, and town for Greenport for restaurants and shopping. Shinn provided beach parking pass so we could enjoy some beach time after wine tasting. We loved the wines too, breakfast was delicious with eggs from their own chicken coop and fresh...

We've booked one of their guest rooms for one night and enjoyed every minute. The attention to detail and the calm atmosphere was totally relaxing! We also enjoyed a wine tasting in their garden and took some bottles home. We would love to come back soon

Visited with a party of 8. Was at prior vineyards in the area so had a comparative perspective. To a person felt it was the worst visit. $14 for a four wine tasting that was not more than four ounces in total. When I asked why the pours were so minute I was told that they were not to be...

Expensive and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place. Our expectation that this would be a great end to our holiday was not met. Breakfast was poor, beds uncomfortable. Wine was average. The tastings were however enjoyable.
