Nice cosy place with good modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air con, satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen. The view is splendid. Outside there's a dip pool, and a small pathway that takes you to the turtles. If you're lucky you might spot a few monkeys. The few staffs are very friendly. Negative aspects are: 1. The breakfast though is... More

My husband and I stayed two nights in the Hare bungalow. Very cute, set back in the foliage. Great view from the terrace. Its very rustic. And you definitely feel like your in the sticks. Yes there is a little bit of dust and bugs but they have complimentary bug spray. So thats no issue. Dont expect the standard of... More

Spans over major part of a mountain side; ample flora. Resident tortoises and wild monkeys too. Recommend to bring along some mosquito repellent. Property has only 4 cottages, so not crowded / noisy. Fantastic views of the bay and fields/mountain across from the room itself. Just walking around the property itself is so refreshing. No restaurant, but the staff can... More

Situated at the foot of Lion mountain and in perfect harmony with nature. Very rustic open space self catered villa. Do not expect much luxury as the luxury of this villa is its tranquillity and privacy. Some areas of the villa might get dusty and the villa is prone to insects at night due to its proximity with the woods... More

A great experience - if you can find the place :) On a mountain side, very private and with an unique view! The rooms a good (even if the bathroom does not have a door). Pool area with a great view over the sea and mountains... and they even have big turtles that you can visit on the mountainside. There... More

We spent a weekend there, very beautiful, calm, peaceful place, small pool to relax, good breakfast and a great viewpoint. You don't have neither lunch or dinner but you can still order at a nearby restaurant and they do the delivery. if you want to visit the surroundings you will need a vehicle to move around. but thoroughly, it is... Our way there entering the Hacienda coming through the sugar cane fields was already exciting. We got kindly hosted by the gateman who gave us a warm welcome and making our stay a pleasant start. The lodge was clean, nice (well designed with the nature"wood/stone") and smartly organised. The stunning view from our room was amazing. We even got a... More

La Hacienda is located on the Lion Hill, 20 minutes car drive from the airport (we paid 700-900 MR for the taxi). The houses are build on the slopes of the hill. You arrive via a bumpy road through the sugar cane fields. Quite special. A very peaceful place with a wonderful view from your terrace (with lazy chairs) to... More

An idyllic backdrop; set between Lion Mountain & the Sea. Cabins on a steep hillside. The mini swimming pool is set in a particularly scenic manner. The stone wall, wooden gate, & security guards- keep intruders at bay. If you plan to explore the surrounding area on foot; keep in mind that the small town below- has a LARGE population... More

“Of the four available villas, Pink Pigeon is the largest (having two bedrooms). It is also situated higher up the mountain so overlooks the roof of the others which are all in a single line. The pool is also closer to (and just in front of) the Pink Pigeon villa which sort of makes it 'your' pool.”
