Very nice for the price. We were shut out of reasonably priced places in Rochester due to UofR graduation. Manchester Inn was 30 minutes out of town but right on I-90. Breakfast was minimal but coffee was great. Recommend!

We decided to give the Manchester Inn another try after reading about new management and other updates. It is a non-smoking motel now and it was nice not to have the smoke smell everywhere. Another plus is the heating system is controlled with a wall thermostat and we could not hear the heat source at all. There is a room...

I booked this hotel as it was literally down the road, only a few minutes from the Hill Cumorah Pageant. It was ideally placed, and as such, overpriced for that weekend. (Supply and demand!) It is more of a motel, with your car parking place directly outside your door in the carpark. There was another door on the other side...

The place was nice and clean and quiet, too. It was easy to find, right off the highway. It was inexpensive, too. A good price compared to other places we looked at. There was a continental breakfast that was sufficient and the people were friendly.

We've been in worst motel, so this was not so terrible.. except for the high price (215dollars for 2 days). The breakfast was poor, but better then nothing. The wifi connection was not so strong, but the lady has said that we'd go directly in the office. As our room had 2 doors - one to the parking and one...

We stayed here for 11 nights in July, 2016 while volunteering at the Hill Cumorah Pageant. The place was apparently, formerly a Scottish Inn and a Rodehouse Inn. The location can't be beat for access to Hill Cumorah, literally two miles up the road. I was a little taken back when they charged my card for the full amount of...

Okay, so this is a $70 a night motel, what do you expect. Actually, I like old motels, I find them reminiscent of days gone by so I am ready to put up with a lot (and usually have to!). Not the case here. The outside is unattractive, but the inside is freshly painted, the bedding clean and aired, no...

When I booked this place, the site I booked from didn't show a frown or smiley face, just the neutral one. For one night, since everyone else was booked at similar prices, my husband and I thought it would be okay. The deadbolt didn't work, lumpy bed, the lady was very unfriendly (asked for 2 keys and about the wifi)...

When traveling alone, I usually stay with friends or family when in the area, but my husband was with me this time - he doesn't like staying with people as he is up very early. As the hotel in Newark is no longer what it was, I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced and clean. I wasn't sure about this...

Clean, sparse, and simple. No frills here. But close to thruway and Phelps-Clifton Springs area. Staff was friendly. Beds only ok. Other guests were quiet. No loud parties, cooking smells or safety concerns. Not a first choice if have more time or money. But for under 90/night in finger lakes in October served our needs
