Not bad for the money. Good set back from the street, Boston Post Road, otherwise known as US Route 1. Property looks like it was built in the 50s or early 60s, but well maintained and updated as needed. Starbucks and a pizza place within walking distance. About $90 a single, for one night in January, for a room with...

My sister and I recently discovered this family owned motel. My son attends Sarah Lawrence College and is living in New Rochelle, and on previous visits to the area I have stayed at the larger chain hotels at twice the price. This hotel has the added attraction of being easy walking distance from downtown Mamaroneck and the Harbor Island Park,...

We bought a boat in Mamaroneck and we needed a place to stay while we worked on it. We ended up staying 2 months ! Had two different kitchenette rooms both of them were good. We enjoyed the the fact that you could open all the windows and had great cross ventilation. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were...

AC is central but controlled in office in blocks of 10 rooms. So if you are hot, they will turn it on, and if someone else complains they are cold, they turn it off. Craziest system I ever heard of. I was able to switch to a room with a window AC, but it was barely adequate to cool on...

This motel was dated and in need of renovation but if all you want is a place to sleep at a reasonable cost in New York then stay here. It was very clean, with linen replaced daily and the staff were helpful. We had a unit with a kitchenette which cost $560 USD for a week. Only downside are the...

Rooms are small but they are clean, the motel has a nice courtyard and you park in front of your room, very private and quiet, overall a great stay. Perfect for couples for a short or overnight stay. Prices are very reasonable more so taking into consideration that the area is very nice and safe. I totally plan to come...

The rooms are so darn small! The bathroom is even smaller! Staying here was a last resort to get out the snowfall. As I was getting in bed I turned down my sheets to find a glob of loose hair! Ugh good thing I keep extra sheets in my trunk! There was a stink bug on the ceiling of my...

This is our second time staying here. The exterior of the motel is very neat with flowers around and new exterior paint. The Mamaroneck Motel Is, however, old and shows its age in the rooms. It's redeeming feature is its location - about 25 miles from midtown Manhattan. Mamaroneck is a nice town with lots of restaurants. Although the room...

My husband and two sons were returning from a week in Washington, DC when the fuel line in our jeep began leaking and we needed to get off the road and fast!! We barely made it into a gas station before running out of gas or the engine catching fire. While my husband had the hood up a local man...
