Very comfortable, quite hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stayed here often for work and never disappointed. Very good price for the accommodations. Restaurant next door for the weary. A

We arrived early on a Friday and our room was ready, so we gratefully took a nap before the first event. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. I wish there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed, and that there was coffee available all day. I suggest a Keurig machine, and... More

Obviously this is a no-frills hotel, catering to laborers and (seasonal) snowmobilers. It is clean, basic, and conveniently located. The breakfast bar include pastries from Walmart which is quite reflective of the overall standard for this hotel at the base of Lewis County's Tug Hill Plateau.

We had multiple problems with this stay. First, we had family coming in so we booked 4 rooms for Friday night and 6 rooms for Saturday night. This was confirmed upon our 4pm check in on Friday. Apparently, someone had booked us for 8 rooms and we were told we may be charged for the 2 extra rooms even though... More

Tracy and her staff were very accommodating during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. I would definitely get the king jacuzzi room again. Check out the water cross competition in june,July and august. Jeb's in town offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food.

This is a bit of an odd review as I didn't stay at Ridge View Lodge but my son and I rented a snowmobile there. For various unfortunate reasons it became a rather involved transaction; while I was driving Tracey completely crazy with changes to my booking my wife was, unbeknownst to me, making her husband Jeff totally nuts with... The staff was only friendly when we were checking out. The rooms and the water smelled. Very basic room, which that was not a problem, but overall just did not seem totally clean. Washer and dryer worked well. We have family in the area, but will not be staying here again.

Now this was a wonderfully comfortable and well kept location. I was booked here for one night of business travel, and the whole facility was very inviting inside and out. The only possible improvements would be a bit softer bed and a little more sound insulation. It was known when a shade was drawn, and the neighbor's door closed, but... More

This was a nice friendly place that offed basic accommodations. Staff was friendly at all hours. During the winter, the lodge seems to cater to mainly snowmobilers. Hence, there is a two night minimum stay for weekends. We were in town for a January wedding and just needed a room for one night. Thankfully there was a cancellation, and we... More
