When we need to get away from it all or when we visit relatives, we stay here. The folks are very friendly, the views beautiful, the grounds are well kept. The rooms and cabins are very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Lay in the hammocks, play a game of pool or ping pong, paddle a kayak, go for a plane ride,...

We stayed two nights in motel room 15 and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable; lacked nothing. Loved sitting out on the screened in porch in an adirondack chair. The next time we visit I hope to enjoy the beach area with fire pits.

Needed a place to Stay 1 night while on a motorcycle trip thru the Adirondacks. We were in a row of attached units and the room had 2 twins and a screened in porch in the back of the unit with 2 Adirondack chairs. Great place to sit at night or in morning also where the room fridge was (on...

Stayed in Motel Room 14 and it was perfect. Nice beds and plenty of room. The screened in porch would have been used but it was cold that day. Nice view of the lake shore from it, though. Great beach and lots of things to do right on the property.

We stayed in one of the small cabins. What a delight. The view was great the owner very welcome. All was efficiently sized and quite clean. Beach looked great but we settled on just sitting at the dock.

A motel room that offers updated bathroom, screened in porch, fridge and private dock and beach made for a restful 3 days in the Adirondacks. Owner is efficient and grounds are lovely. Price point for September was desirable also. We'd go back in a flash!

This is one of the most charming and comfortable places we have stayed at. It was fall and there were flowers and decorations in every nook and cranny. It is right on the lake and although we "only" stayed in the motel (not the cottages) we had an amazing view of the lake, a comfortable screened patio overlooking the water,...

Stayed here for the chance to experience the Adirondacks on Long Lake, a widening of the river Raquette River. The filter was set for "pet friendly" but there was a full page of rules, including the suggestion that "you may want to kennel your dog during your stay"... This was printed in the waiver we were required to sign for...

I love 60's era motels. This one is in very good condition with good size rooms. Mine had two queens, a sitting area and a small patio. The bathroom was up to date and very clean. There also was a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The motel itself sits right on the Lake with its own dock and assorted...

Spent two delightful weeks at the Motel Long Lake and Cottages. Very fortunate to get the only cabin that was available for our preferred time frame. Small, well equipped and nicely furnished one bedroom cottage with a lovely view. Dana and her husband are excellent hosts; the staff is extremely customer-service oriented. We plan to return again next year!

Thank Jim T
