I chose this Hotel because it was the cheapest option close to Manhattan. Used the Hotel only for sleeping and it was a very good decision. Saved some money by not staying in Manhattan. Nothing nice to speak about when it comes to the area around the Hotel but who cares. If you want nice surroundings then spend more and...

I booked 7 nights. Days later I booked over 1 day. The hotel brought us out of the room, saying it had no such additional reserve. We had to pay one more night, and when we got home in Brazil, we saw that they charged to that night said they had no reservation. Many times during our stay, the hotel...

Enjoyed my stay. The place seems intimidating, but overall experience is very nice, place is convenient walking to Subway... around 2 mins. walk.Very comfortable bed, space area decent enough. Two large bed, BED very comfortable, looks new. Two large bed. Toilet is good and average size with bathtub. Location is one block away to station N&R at the 39th Ave....

I must confess that I have not seen cockroaches as someone said, but you can not stay in this place. the room stinks and the area is SCARING. After dark you will see no living soul in the area. There is no service at all. In the front desk you will find some teenagers, if so. I have asked one...

We chose this hotel 2 subway stops from Manhatten because we found everything on Manhatten very pricey. This hotel is a short walk--3 blocks--from the subway. The only thing I didn't like about the location is that we couldn't go back to the hotel for a short break during the day--it was too far. The first day we were in...

I stay in many hotels but this one was quite a surprise and not in a positive way: 1. Noise from the subway train is just horrible 2. Not sure if the noise from the broken A/C or from the subway was worth 3. Staff at front desk is unfriendly 4. Rooms are tiny for this part of the city...

The only good thing about the hotel is that the subway station is only 1 block away. But even that was not a plus for us, since during our stay, the subway station was closed due to construction work... The staff that attended us during our stay was unprofessional and unfriendly. Actually, our first 'warm welcome' was the receptionist (he...

Unfriendly, unprofessional and unpleasant staff. Never seen something like that. Dirty and small rooms (they did not hoover the room one single day!). Terrible breakfast. Some mornings you need to stand to eat your breakfast as there are just a few tables. Good things? A subway station just around the corner. By the way, rooms are very noisy because of...
