We stayed here for a night to see a show at the Brooklyn Bowl. *Note*--although this hotel is literally like THREE MILES from the BB, it is not a convenient trip by any means due to the extremely high volume of traffic no matter what time of day or night. Room was very clean aside from some questionable stains on...

My wife and I stayed here during the cold spell at the beginning of March. The staff were very prompt in checking us in which was great after a long flight, this enabling us to venture straight into the city. The location was extremely safe with great access to the underground, so don't bother with taxis you can get a...

First off, they let us check in at like 8:00 in the morning the day we flew in to NYC. We were going to just check our luggage in and explore the city on very little sleep until our room was ready, but no, they offered to let us check in 8 hours early. My six year old son thought...

My son and I were in NYC to visit my other son who lives nearby in Astoria. This boutique hotel was comfortable in every way and an easy walk from two metro stations. It's nice that they include a light breakfast with the room rate as many hotels in NYC do not. We ended up having travel delays on both...

A great hotel. After staying for the night, I was pleased in every way. The room was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel is in a good, central location in the Queens/Long Island City area. The only issue I had was that the heater came and went, but this failed to be any...

My son lives in Astoria and I visit him several times per year. Usually stay in the city. Found this hotel on line and decided to take a chance. I loved it. Two blocks from 39th Ave subway station. The staff was so nerve and accommodating. Rooms were clean, fresh and generous. Little food/grocery store right on the corner. I...

Work in NYC, needed a place to stay. Stay often in NYC but didn't want to pay $500 of company money. Easy access via subway, quiet - evolving and growing neighborhood, simple, small room, very nice bathroom. Clean, very comfy bed and pillows, quiet!! Neighborhood bar/pub down the street.

Rates were sky high for our dates in Manhattan, so I started looking outside the city and was very pleased to discover Nesva Hotel in LIC, only a couple of subway stops from Times Square. The hotel was clean and modern, and every staff member we encountered was pleasant and friendly. With four of us staying six nights, I was...

Hotel is very clean, well maintain, run by discreet, very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast and a very good wi-fi. Subway station is just two blocks away. I have no complaints, just the opposite. But I can imagine some if one is looking for more spacious room (my room was very small but I didn't need a bigger one)...
