We stayed for 4 nights and were treated like royalty. Dana and Loren at the front desk were extremely helpful and helped us to decide where to go and what to see. They catered to our every whim. Paul the GM was very helpful and when the Jacuzzi over-flowed laughed and said it would be taken care of. Our housekeepers,...

Stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are gorgeous with fire places and the washrooms have a shower and jacuzzi tub. Bed was so comfortable...we both wished we could have taken the mattress home lol. Had a very good sleep. Rooms were also spacious. Stayed there when it was Barton Hill... we were en route to NYC and only stayed overnight. Very friendly staff, helpful, the rooms didn't feel like a hotel more like staying at your friends lovely guest accommodation. Linen all felt new and the whole place very spacious and comfy. Would stay there again. The only down side was the air...

I was here for a weekend getaway. Friendly staff, hotel was peaceful and rooms were beautiful. Couldn't have selected a better place. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rooms were pricier than this says.

Stayed the week of March break at Niagara Crossing in a Double Queen room. Booked online through the hotel website and unfortunately missed out on a groupon offer for a discounted rate. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times when it was Barton Hill and always enjoyed the location and decor. Niagara Crossing had just opened back up the...

This Resort was unexpectedly lovely! Each room is unique--spacious, a gorgeous view of the river, excellent food. The unhurried pace, yet excellent service and staff were a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Plan to spend several days in this historical location--one of the LAST stops on the underground railroad. The other side of the river is...

Such a beautiful hotel, with a fabulous view of the Niagara river. Rooms are large! Bed and pillows are comfy, linens are soft and the room is clean. Love the decor of the place, perfect for those who love traditional, yet updated, decor. Breakfast is in the common area, dining room in the mornings. Just a quick place to grab...

Mid November 2016 Anniversary getaway. Found hotel on Groupon at a great price. It’s the beginning of the “off season”. Dislikes: parking, not great but given the space not much they can change to improve it. Parking is across the street at two large lots that are much lower than the hotel so it doesn’t impede your views from the...

This hotel is truly beautiful and a lovely place for a romantic getaway.
