The best thing about this place that it is completely photogenic , because the stunning beauty of nature is all around this place. This place is surrounded by at least 8 or more tiny miny waterfalls. Rooms are neat and some of them are even on waterfalls. A complete satisfaction journey. The only issue arise is, being a vegetarian as... More

Wildwaters Lodge, located on an island in the middle of the Nile River is everything you want for a quiet relaxing get away. The rooms are beautiful, with large bathrooms, a large comfortable bed, plenty of storage and seating as well. My room had a porch with a victorian tub where you could relax while enjoying the sounds of the... More

Had a great time at the lodge. Ingrid is the General Manager, she is fantastic. Great service, good food and some amazing views from the communal areas! Can recommend it; 2 - 3 days is enough to get the whole experience. I recommend a half day white water rafting - a whole day is too tiring! Great for a couple... More

We stayed just one night. A light or two were out of action. I could have tripped and fallen into the river a couple of times clambering around rocks. We were left a bit alone by waiting staff during our meal. The noise is distracting. A little bit of the wooden decking needs more maintenance... And I could strip on... More

We had an incredible stay at the Wildwaters Lodge. What an incredible part of the world. We felt so privileged to share in the beauty of Jinja and the Nile. That staff is fantastic and attentive, the accommodations are luxurious, and food delicious. Drinking wine while taking a bubble bath on the porch as the sun sets over the Nile... More

When I really need to get away from it all to relax and revitalize, this is the place I turn to. It's a bit of a treck to get to but ultimately worth the effort. The service is a little haphazard at times but the welcome is always warm. I have stayed in a few different rooms, my favourites are... More

I have stayed in lots of different places and always try to rate based on expectations but if I could give this place more than 5 I would! I stayed with a friend for 3 days after attending a conference. We had initially planned on staying for one night only but loved it so much we decided to stay for... More

Rooms large, comfortable and quirky with canvas walls that fold back to allow amazing access to outdoors. Large private balcony directly over looking the Rapids and dense vegetation. Delightful common areas for dining , coffee , drinks and reading, with... More
