Stayed at this hotel on 27th August 2016 as part of a wider team from Kenya attending a wedding ceremony nearby. Overall, the place was quite cool, quiet and peaceful which made the nights very restful. The room is quite spacious with the normal amenities including TV and hot shower and great bed provided. Additionally, the prices were quite good...

Stayed three nights here at the end of June - a real find. We were in the main building, an old colonial era house. Room had a retro feel (some might say it was dated) but we liked it - lots of space, big bow windows looking out on to the garden, separate toilet and bathroom included. (Could do with...

We revisited after 2 years and used this as our base for visiting friends in the area. As before the room was beautiful and clean, only problem was the inability to turn off the shower which necessitated an engineer coming out late in the evening and potentially a move to a room without a mozzie net but the problem was...

I had a very nice stay at the Nile Anchor Palace. The room was huge, with a balcony and they have a nice garden, where you can eat and chill (except at dusk where mosquitoes come swarming in). The best part though was the very friendly and accommodating staff. All in all, maybe not a palace, but I'd definitely choose...

Where do you start, modern clean rooms which included a fridge, fan and on suite shower room. Fantastic value for the money. The gardens are large and lovely I thought it would be noisy because its so close to the road but I found it really peaceful. But the staff have to be the main reason to come back and...

Needed to find a hotel fast and was not willing to spend more than $40 so was pleasantly surprised with this really nice hotel. Arrived late at night and the place looked abandoned till someone opened the gate and I was given first class treatment. The rooms are very clean and tidy, bathroom as well. I ended up getting a...

We switched to this hotel after a night at a not so great place in Jinja and were extremely happy with our decision. The rooms are very comfortable and it was quiet at night and there is a small balcony off each room. The hotel sits in a lovely garden space where it's possible to use their wifi (as well...
