As a long time patron and avid fan, my family and friends have revisited the Depe Dene countless summers..... and plan on continuing the tradition for countless summers to come. It has all the amenities you could ask for in a Lakeside Vacation. The cottages are clean and stocked with basic necessities (don't forget to bring a couple pots and...

My family and I stayed this year at Depe Dene Sept. 17 til 20th. It's off season, we usually come to this area in August. We stayed at the Round House- it seems to have the best view of the lake. What I enjoyed most was the property-the long deck around the lake with several small docks for boats, if...

My daughter and I both stayed at this so-called "resort", we each had our own cabin. I kid you not it was $1700.00 for both cabins and they were the most unsanitary cabins I have ever been in. Honestly I would have rather bought a tent! No hot water, no utensils, did not look like they had a housekeeper, carpets...

My husband and I, along with two children, stayed at this resort this past weekend, Sept 5-7, 2008. There were other family members staying in a different unit as well. Their website shows a great place to stay and their location and outdoor amenities could be quite enticing. Their website says they have wireless internet...this is only available at the...

It is hard to know where to start. I have been staying here for 7 years. The grounds are very nice, the facilities are very nice, the amenities are all there. The staff, however, SUCKS! Before we had even gotten there, friend of ours who were booked in a 3 bedroom, either 211 or 212 ( I don't remember which,...

This place is extremely dirty..Nothing worth paying $1600 for. Had many problems that i had directly stated to GM Anna who was rude and miserable. They are just unfriendly and do not believe in cleaniness... Do NOT STAY HERE save your money!!!

My husband and I would not recommend this hotel. For 1700 we stayed in a dumpy room, took out our own garbage which wasnt even in close walking distance and had to get our own towels everyday which was in a different location than the garbage. I could see having to possibly do that if the rooms were decent.....but that...

Just returned from a one week stay at a Lakeside Townhouse. SO disappointed...we spent almost $2000 for this stay and this is what we got: 1. the smell of propane gas greeting us as we entered the place...checked the stove which was hot to the touch. Called for Maintainance..a very nice 19 year old boy arrived and asked if we...

we stayed for a week It was clean and comfortable, Managment (Anna) was Great and because of her and her professional attitude we will book next year. I usually like more upscale places but I was real comfortable here, close to the village and many other things to do, Only thing I would correct about this place if I were...

After 5 days in Depe Dene, I felt the need to write a review of this resort. Our original cabin had a plumbing problem, and we were immediately relocated to a new one. The staff could not have been any more helpful. The relaxed atmosphere was a breath of fresh air, especially when compared to the stuffiness often displayed at...
