This is a great one; period house renovated to modern confort. No fanciness or luxury overprice. Just a great room to rest, super clean bathroom and everything else, good breakfast to get you going, and a friendly hostess to keep you entertained and informed on local activities. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a good springboard... More

My husband and I stayed at this B&B for a long weekend in upstate NY. From the time I made my reservation, Alicia was very kind and accommodating inquiring about dietary restrictions and making sure I had a good breakfast every day. While I couldn't eat her waffles or eggs, my husband thoroughly enjoyed them in the beautiful and comfortable... More

Alicia runs one of the best B&B's in the Hudson Valley. A must stop for anyone in the area. The house and rooms are impeccable, and she makes one of the best breakfast you will ever have. The house is also located between uptown and downtown so getting to both is easy.

I stayed at this wonderful B&B the fist weekend in June. I walked in and felt immediately welcomed. The décor was Victorian, and comfortable. The breakfast served was great and the scones were the best I ever had. The B&B was easy to find and centrally located for day trips. I will be back.

A wonderful alternative to chain hotels, set in a quiet residential area. A grand antique home completely and tastefully refurbished with European flair. Lovely B & B with large rooms, high ceilings, luxurious baths. Three rooms on second floor, one on first floor. I stayed here to attend Bard College commencement, very convenient location,an easy 20 minute drive to the campus.... More

Excellent and would stay again next time I am in Kingston. Quaint, impeccably renovated historic building. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Owner/proprietor was friendly but not overly so. Highly recommended.

Set on a quiet, residential block of grand homes, yet only a 5-minute walk to the Stockade District, this is a wonderful B&B. It has large and beautifully furnished public rooms with impossibly high ceilings. Our super comfortable king-size bed was a balm for the weary traveler. Breakfast of eggs with salmon was fresh and delicious. A highlight for us... More

This B&B is a very warm place. While its not in the center of town, it is a meticulously renovated home on a quiet street. Get the charm of being in a neighborhood. Walking distance to a few great restaurants. Its clean, modern and the food is delicious. The innkeeper is also very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. Alicia was a wonderful host, the room was wonderful, and Mr. Socks was a wonderful cat. The breakfast was wonderful too and was had two wonderful days exploring the Hudson Valley. We spent a lot of time in Rhinebeck in addition to Kingston.
