Pros: (1) Great property - beautiful during the Summer/Fall with a big lake and lots of activities available (2) Great customer service from the resort staff (especially maintenance and front desk). They were always kind and several went above and beyond during my stay (3) Good food - for the most part it is delicious and filling! (4) Wonderful seminars...

I went to the Biggest Loser Resort in Niagara from October 23-30th of 2016. I can honestly say it surpassed my expectations as I did read the reviews before I went and I didn't think they gave it what it deserved. The program is excellent, trainer's and nutritionist's. The work outs are challenging but to your abilities! The meals were...

We just spent a week at the biggest loser Niagara. It was one of the best things my husband and I have done together! The trainers and nutritionist are so supportive. They really care about your success at the resort and giving you the right tools to help you when you go home. The food is amazing!! We were never hungry....

Overall, my stay was fantastic! I got a great workout and met some great people! I didn't want to leave at the end of my two week stay. I've done the Biggest Loser program twice before, but for one week stays at the former Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge in Ivins, Utah (now Movara Spa). Since that location is no longer...

Amazing program, healthy, but great tasting food. Room was clean, comfortable and private. Bathroom had plenty of hot water, more then enough towels and even included a soft bathrobe. Grounds are well kept, in a peaceful beautiful surrounding.Staff very helpful and will set a program, for you. Will go back if I have the opportunity.

Spend two days at the Biggest Loser Resort. After reading past reviews, I was not expecting the rooms to be great. I was so surprised to find a spotless, well designed large room. Furniture was tasteful, rug, new looking and everything perfect. We had a program designed for Seniors, so our exercise was geared for our group. Walk thru the...

This was probably one of the best weeks of my life now that I can look back and synthesize all that has occurred. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and healing. The program was every bit what I hoped it would be. The trainers are great - they listen to each person and hear what each individual needs. They truly were...

After booking my stay at The Biggest Loser Resort Niagara I realized I actually had to go. I had no idea what to expect and it truly turned out to be a great week! The trainers and nutritionists are all excellent. They are there to be coaches, motivators and educators. The 6am optional morning stretch class is awesome and truly...

I was scared to death to go, but can honestly say you work at your own pace. The trainers challenge you on all activities. The day is broken up between meals, snacks, exercise, and informational classes. Overall the food was better than I expected. I always felt sated. The trainers were good and took an interest in the participants. The...

The Biggest Loser Resort Niagara program is fantastic. The trainers and the participants were excellent. It is not just about losing weight but looking at wellness and nutrition as well. I love the structure of the program and learnt a lot more than I thought that I would. The healthy food was excellent. Accomodations were basic and dated but it...

“The first time we were at BLRN, we were in Woodside rooms. They were fine, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The second time, we were pleasantly surprised to find out upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a villa. While regular rooms are fine, the villa was pretty great. The villas are close to the gym, pool and fitness center and a little more secluded and private. You can't go wrong either way - mostly because all you do is shower and sleep in your room.”
