An historic Inn on the North Fork of Long Island, Jedediah Hawkins Inn and Restaurant totally delivers! Check-in was a breeze...We arrived late Friday afternoon and were immediately led upstairs to our suite. The Cedar Suite was comfortable and tastefully appointed. The fireplace added just the right amount of ambiance and romance! We ate at a different restaurant Friday evening,...

A perfect stay at this beautiful Inn from the initial conversation with Colin in planning our stay till our departure everything was perfect. Since we were the only guests for the evening we got to enjoy the beautiful suite. We had a wonderful and romantic anniversary dinner in front of the fireplace in their beautiful dining room and a nightcap...

Rooms are truly lovely. Each one has its own special theme and is decorated beautifully. I was amazed at the fireplace as it warmed up the room in seconds and made it quite cozy! We were there Wednesday to Friday in October. Beautiful time of the year. Now to the food! The breakfasts are all freshly cooked for each person...

My husband and I stayed at Jedediah Hawkins Inn with another couple and had the most fabulous time. We were more than impressed with this charmingly restored home and it's history. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable as well; each with it's own fireplace and full bathroom. There was so many details throughout the well appointed rooms. The grounds...

This review is only for the Jedediah Hawkins Restaurant. We did not stay at the Inn. My wife and I recently had dinner at the Jedediah Hawkins Restaurant. Their service was impeccable and the dinner was outstanding. My wife had the duck and I had the lamb shanks. We both had a terrific local Cabernet Franc by Bedell Cellars. We...

My wife and I stayed at the Jedediah Hawkins Inn for the first time this past week and what a wonderful experience we had. My parents took our twins for the weekend giving us some well deserved time away, needless to say we had high expectations for our trip. Jedediah Hawkins hit a bulls eye on all marks! The grounds...

We loved the place , beautiful architecture full of old charm and elegance. The grounds are beautiful too , a mix of nature and gardening. The problems ... The food (especially breakfast) not up to expectations ,very minimal and bland. Also , because of the building age windows are leaking cold air in and the temperature control in the rooms...

My husband & I just stayed at Jedediah this weekend for our 20th anniversary. I did a lot of research before we picked this hotel & they all said this was the best hotel on the North Fork. There are a lot of good things, but also a lot of not so good things. We've stayed in luxury hotels before...

My husband and I happened to come across the Jedediah Hawkins Restaurant after visiting a nearby vineyard. We were there off season, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was superb and the food delicious. The hotel/restaurant has such a special feel. We would love to return and actually stay at the Hotel during our next visit.
