My room (893) was very nice, and quiet, with great bedding, towels, and linens. Free wifi worked as advertised. Breakfast not included. Room was not ready until 4:00 PM though. Hotel is under renovation, including parking which is closed - but there is a pay garage right across the street. This hotel is a step up from motels I have... More

I will say I was very surprised by the hotel after seeing it online. When I booked, the front desk told me the hotel was under major renovations and that due to capacity, we'd be staying in an old room that hasn't been updated yet. However, the entrance to the hotel and our room was very outdated and had a... More

This was our second stay at Hotel Ithaca. I like the location, and the property is currently under major renovation. Having said that, we stayed in one of the older wings and the room was really sub standard. On a previous visit we requested a renovated room and it was excellent. So for future visitors, I would strongly recommend requesting... More

Awful service (we were not able to get into our room until after 5pm). We immediately pointed out to the front desk that our room had a broken toilet. When we returned after dinner it was still broken. Maintenance came up again to our room (as the front desk claimed they had fixed it) and said they couldn't fix it.... More

I haven't seen this dirty of a hotel room in a long time. Water stained walls and ceilings. No on-site parking. Smelled like weed and drunk college kids kept us up all night with no apologies the next day after security kicked them out. Customer service is awful. Terrible place to stay.

Where to start? The front desk could not handle simple questions (extra half hour of check out, etc) without checking with someone else. Maid service was 'limited.' Ran out of in-room coffee packets and we were told to go to the lobby to get some coffee. Maybe not a bad thing as the in-room coffee was terrible. The food was... More

Dear Guest, We are saddened that your stay with us was less than satisfactory. Your concerns have been discussed with our associates at the front desk and the restaurant. We are certainly always striving to meet and exceed our guest expectations. We do apologize that we were not able to do that in this case. We would love the opportunity... More

The hotel is currently being renovated. The front access was blocked by parked cars at 8 pm so I found parking in a back lot and got in through a back door. In the morning the exits were blocked by caution tape- I drove over it to get out. The carpeting on the lobby staircase is stained. The room flooring... More

Beautiful rooms, friendly, upbeat staff, breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant with a bar, coffee in the lobby early in the morning, fitness center and indoor pool, and located downtown near everything -- what else could you you ask for? The hotel is under construction but we didn't notice. The rooms have extra special amenities like large fluffy pillows, ice buckets... More

I was in Ithaca for a 2 day conference. The hotel provided shuttle service to Cornell university campus which was a huge convenience and included a friendly driver. Great location too just around the corner from the bus stop that goes to NYC. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping including a great little taco shop 2 minutes away (across... More
