my family goes during the german festival. many complain about the walking distance, but it is a 10-15 minute walk, not bad considering it would take just about the same amount of time to find parking during the festivals. its cozy & always a pleasant stay not to forget the great view. yes, it isnt the most modern place but...

A very cozy, warm place to spend the night. Fireplace is always lit in the lobby. Bar was well-stocked. Loved Rachel at the front desk. Breakfast was terrific. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our two young children; it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed - there were candy wrappers lining the edges of the bed from the previous people. I'm ok with an uncomfortable bed or tv that doesn't work, but...

Absolutely fantastic. Looking for more reasons to go back. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. The decor was eclectic, and keeping with the mountain theme. Ate at the on-site restaurant both nights, and the food was exceptional.

Usually do Hunter as a day trip, but Hotel was close to Hunter Mountain, mid-week prices were half that of weekends, breakfast was included and restaurant & bar were open for dinner. Friendly hotel and restaurant & bar staff.

We are a family of three, which included our 16 year old son. We booked the mountain view suite. It had a king sized bed downstairs, and a queen sized bed in the loft. There was plenty of room for our family and we loved the cleanliness of the room. The balcony overlooked the mountain, and that was definitely a...

never again, waste of money. The room was OK, but the Wi Fi only works in the lobby, what good is that? The bar/restaurant was not even open during the week. Parking lot was a sheet of ice. They don't have carts to use to take your luggage to and from the room. The staff could care less about you...

My wife and I took our 3 young children to the Hunter Inn this past weekend. From the first phone call over a month ago to inquire and make reservations right up until checkout we delighted with our choice and the friendly family feel. One of our children has a food allergy and the staff went over and above to...

I stayed at the Hunter inn with my husband and two children for a ski weekend. It was just ok. It wasn't a great value; for $250 dollars a night people deserve to get what is advertised. Details need to be paid attention to. If you say your room will be cleaned by 1:00 have it done by then. My...
