I stayed with my husband for a night, the city was full with visitors since it was Holly Friday. We stayed in room 1, it faces the street and the noises of trucks kept us awake. The pictures the hotel posts are real, it is nice and minimalist and new. We had to ask for toilet paper, there was no...

From the moment I walked in the front door, it was nothing but excellent service - helpful and friendly. I love this place and sorry I am only staying two nights. The room is cozy and so many amenities. Lights in the floor of the room and shower. The Gustav Klimpt picture below is the cover of the air conditioner....

It is difficult to rate a hotel with so many wonderful, and strange, aspects to it. But first and foremost, be aware that the rooms on the first floor are very dark and have only one small window--when we saw the one assigned to us we immediately asked for something else. Our room on the second floor (one of two)...

Large rooms in a great location - easy walking access to the downtown historic area. Bed was comfy but the rooms were rather dark. Would recommend as a couples hotel because the bathroom is open in your room so there is no privacy if you are just traveling with a friend. Overall a great experience and very beautifully decorated!

Very nice hotel with great decoration, with great bathtub in the room. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Good location in city center. It's missing to have dinner options and room service during the night.

Cute place, nice decor with a need for maintenance. Staff is friendly. Our room was very dark and poorly illuminated as well as the bathroom (shower lacked pressure and never got hot water) Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. They offer continental breakfast but we only got cold coffee and some fruit, no bread. I feel that with a bit...

The hotel is very nice and its in a nice part of town. You have many places within a walking distance. the view of the terrace is 2/3 nice, one part looks at Downtown Queretaro but the other looks directly into an abandoned house. I booked a relaxing massage and they outsource the masseuse and it wasn't that nice and...

Stayed at MO17 for a wedding in Queretaro and were very impressed on arrival at this truly modern and tastefully decorated boutique hotel. We had a very spacious room right at the front of the building facing the road outside. This however was not a problem in terms of noise and we slept soundly all night! The room was a...

Stayed in best room, # 8 King suite, upstairs with balcony overlooking garden, at level of blooming jacaranda tree--beautiful and lets in excellent natural light and fresh air. There is a 2nd King suite upstairs, sans balcony. The other 6 rooms are ground level with much less light/air, and they also open onto the hotel's main corridor, so people walking...
