While the building as such is certainly nice, the location great and so are the courtyard and the rooftop terrace and the staff helpful, the hotel, at least room 104, is a scam. We booked a room for 1050 pesos and got a windowless, hot and moist tomb. Even the staff was embarrassed when we asked if 1050 for a...

I have had the pleasure to stay at the KuKu Ruku for a couple weeks per month for the past three months. The staff is excellent. They will bend over backwards to make you feel at home. The location is excellent if you are looking for night life activities and several wonderful restaurants are close by. Recently there was a...

My husband and I recently spent two weeks in Queretero and stumbled upon the restaurant at this hotel. The owner of the new restaurant, Ricardo, is super friendly and makes selecting a menu option fun! We enjoyed the food and company so much that we returned three times to this restaurant. We didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't...

In general, the experience was really nice, the ubication was great and everything really clean. We really like this place and the best thing is that they are in favor of preserving the environment. We have been traveling around Europe and some places in Mexico and this one of the best hostels we have been at. My friend and I...

Been hostelling for over 50 years (yes I´m a mature age traveller) and have to rate this hostel as one of the best. The female dorm was hot at night but was offered a fan if I stayed on. Had great staff at reception who were very helpful. Enjoyed the pescado on the menu but had the worst hamburger of...

I had stayed in a dorm room as i am a backpacker, and you can not beat this deal anywhere for this quality at this price(140 pesos /night) breakfast include! The only complain i can make is there were no fan in the room. That's why i did'nt...

We were 5 persons who staid at this hostel (6 bed dorm) for two days. Superclean and nice furnishing, the roof-top terrace had a nice view of the city. We had a great stay except for the restaurant staff that need to work a little on the service and continental breakfast that surprisingly enough only was a cup of bad...

I decided on this hotel because of reviews on Tripadvisor, At check-in, the lady didnt gave us any tourist information and it seems that they are doing you a favor by staying with them. In general the concept is nice, but at night the terrace becomes a noisy bar! which creates noise until dawn and sleep is impossible. If you...
