We were here mid June and there were only 2-3 other parties around. At the reception is permanent staff from NWR and the national park. So no need to by your permit before coming here. The bar is open as well. No real take away...More

Hi, the trail we walked on had one large quiver tree as a landmark on the 6-7 hour " waterkloof trail ". This tree is about 20-30 mins into the walk but its all alone. I am afraid I don't have any knowledge of a quiver tree... More
