We stayed in the tree bungalow for one night at the end of our trip to Madagascar. The hotel is set right on the beach with nicely organised gardens. The room was lovely with lemurs visiting in the trees nearby. The food was lovely (set menu at dinner) - well prepared and presented. The hotel was very reasonably priced and...

Atmosphere: the owner is easy-going and solicitous. Unfortunately the listless, unwelcoming staff (with one exception) pay little attention to the guests, and don’t appear to be empowered to act on guest requests. If you need something, go through the kitchen to find someone in the back, or go to the reception in the other (red) building to get the person...

I had booked this hotel through Scuba Nosy Be, and since the price was so reasonable I didn't have very high expectations for it. I couldn't have been more wrong - this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at! I had a lovely (and huge!) room facing out onto the beautiful beach - if I'd wanted I...

I spent 4 nights at Nosy Lodge. It is located on a nice brown sand beach beside the much larger Palm Beach Resort. Unfortunately noise from that resort could be heard at Nosy Lodge in the evenings. The rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. The lodge can arrange day trips at a reasonable cost and these are in fairly close...

My favorite one: a perfect blend of elegant modernity with local architecture of wood made bungalows. Nosy Lodge owners have successfully achieved mixing up, with a perfect harmony, modern and design based furnitures and arts with very roots but comfortable facilities.

The hotel is located at a rather quiet beach directly next to the diving centre "Scuba Nosy Be". There is no villiage or small shop around for shopping. There was a special offer for divers to have the room for 25 instead of 100 € per night which is an excellent deal (book early via the diving centre). Clean bungalows...

might just send you into complete and utter blissful relaxation... the beachside location of this property is second to none... the beach itself is protected by a natural rock reef a few hundred metres away, and the sand... pristine! the bungalows have the wonderful feel of an island hut with all the modern conveniences and my favourite... outdoor showers... imagine...

My husband and I stayed at Nosy Lodge last week for 4 nights. (Sept '14) There are so many hotels on the island and we toured round many on quads and in our 2CV and amazingly Nosy Lodge seems to be the only one with any guests! And not just ANY guests, but MANY guests! This is a huge reflection...

I had three nights at the Lodge over Easter. It is perfectly situated on the beach with comfortable individual bungalows that are cool and relaxing. The owners are wonderful, very welcoming, and cooking up great meals based on the catch of the day. I enjoyed it so much I cancelled a day of excursions just to take advantage of the...

What a wonderful stay!!! We stayed at Nosy Lodge for 7 days and it was the best part of our Malagasy-honeymoon. The best part was that we felt like we had the Lodge all to ourselves, we could experience the locals and we had everything that we needed. Eric and Fleurisse were wonderful hosts - the staff was extremely accommodating,...
